We have been pleased with Gold Medal for years. The office staff is always friendly and professional.
The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable; they come, do their jobs and do it well. They take care of my home unit as well as our business units.
Reasonably priced, they take and show you pictures of your unit, shows you the work that needs to be done and pictures when job is completed.
It is a company you can truly trust.

I have nothing but good things to say about Gold Medal. They make sure your system works even if it takes a couple of tries. No charging extra to comeback. You pay for what’s wrong not a bunch of up charges. It took a little over a week because they had to order parts but was fixed properly no patchwork. They are professional clean and polite. I highly recommend them.

A great company. Although, the office environment is extremely toxic with constant cuss words and downgrading comments. This unfortunate negativity spills over onto the technicians. I, as a former technician was affected . This in turn affects the customers. This company is not recommended until the office gets fixed. Jonathan Magel is a great guy and he should take over the company 100% and dispose of the office issues. I miss you Jon. I appreciate all the conversations we had. - John Becker

Seth is a great technician and an asset to Gold Medal. He is efficient, knowledgeable, always on time and goes over what services he performed.I am a Gold Club member and only pay $179/year to have my furnace serviced in the Fall and my AC serviced in the Spring. Gold Medal staff are great and I receive a text message to alert me when the tech is on his way. They have always been on time and very efficient.

CAME TO MY HOME TO "INSPECT" AND CLEAN SYSTEM. A FEW DAYS AFTER HE LEFT I NOTICED THAT THE AC COMPRESSOR WAS MAKING NOISE AND WHEN I LOOKED I SAW THE OBVIOUS THAT ANY "INSPECTION" WOULD HAVE PICKED UP: THE WIRES TO THE FAN HANGING LOW DUE TO SLEEVE ROTTING AND WERE BEING CLIPPED BY FAN BLADES.

PRIOR TO THIS HE REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR AND GAVE ME A WARRANTY FOR LABOR. HE REFUSED TO LIVE UP TO HIS WARRANTY BECAUSE I DARED COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS "INSPECTION".

LOW QUALITY WORK AND LOWER QUALITY ETHICS. RUN FROM THIS CLOWN.

Had a leak that was difficult to find they found and fixed it with no problems. They showed me the problem and how they fixed it. Very polite.

TechCool got Pine Tree State to place within the Summerlin furnace at a cheap value and good service.

Hector was awesome. Very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and resolve my issue quickly.
