I chose Techcool after refusing 4 other companies offered by my home warranty company to fix a couple of plumbing issues in my home. I made the right choice in waiting until I was offered Techcool. They sent out Fernando, an extremely competent and professional young man who was great to deal with as he repaired everything. He kept me updated on the status as things progressed, worked extremely hard on getting some parts and fixtures replaced, and when he left everything was working perfectly. I could not have asked for more. If you need plumbing or HVAC/Water Heater work done do not hesitate to use this company. Thanks Fernando you rock!

I called early in the moring around 8 am to set up an appointment for later on today between the hours 2 -4pm . Cancel all my plans to wait for them for a leak i had .and 2:45 hits and they Cancel on me .they wanted to reschedule for tomorrow with no justification just supper disappointing..I support local businesses but this one had me upset..not even" hey if you can wait for tomorrow all wave my service charge". So I found someone else

My technician was on time and very professional. I had a problem with my tub and they took care of the problem right away. I had 2 other plumbers look at the tub issue and their price and professionalism was the best. I highly recommend Techcool for all your plumbing needs!

Techcool is a great a/c company. Hector was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve used him twice now and both times was a good experience. The problems were fixed within the hour. Hector and Techcool are definitely my a/c guys!

I would recommend this company above anyone else. Zach was wonderful. I couldn't work the thermostat they came and showed me how. They are truly sincere in trying to figure out what the problem is and fix it the best way possible without trying to charge to much. Thank you Techcool for working with me so well.

Amazing service! My first call to Techcool was at 6:30PM on Monday (Sorry Hector 🥴). I explained that my father had returned home that day to find the AC dead and the thermometer at 113°. Although it was late in the day, he arrived at my fathers home within 30 minutes. After trying to triage a 23 year old AC system, we agreed that the cost/effort to repair was inappropriate for a system of that age. I asked for a quote to completely replace the AC and Heating system, which he sent later that evening. Although the Corona-situation has diminished inventory of available systems, he was able to find a system that met my specific request and dispatched a team of experts that removed the old and installed the new system the very next day. I can't say enough about their professionalism and customer orientation. Give Techcool a chance. They are fabulous.

Called Techcool with ac emergency after hours . A tech was at my home very quickly. Juan knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it within minutes. Juan was very polite, professional and did outstanding quality work. Thank you again for outstanding, honest customer service. I would highly recommend Techcool and I will use them again.

Where do I start?.. Hector Cardenas of Techcool was the most friendly and professional with my dad and I! Last week he was referred to me by my manager and he came out the same day... and had our unit replaced the next morning. THE NEXT MORNING! I’ve had several service calls on my a/c and other companies wanted to replace the entire ac unit. Techcool found the leak and saved me a ton of money. My ac unit hasn’t needed a recharge for two years now and is working great. Just had them over to upgrade the thermostat and they showed up within 1 hour. This company is the only one I will trust to work on my house. Highly recommend and very very good prices.

I am so glad I found this company. I went through countless weeks of dealing with air conditioning companies sent by my home warranty company who only came to my house to make a small problem worse. At the end of the ordeal with all these other hacks who came over and ended up damaging my unit, they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for a problem they caused and said they were not responsible because I couldn't prove they did it. I spoke with Hector from Tech cool air conditioning on a Tuesday night, and I had him scheduled for Wednesday morning. That's simple. They came over, found the problem and gave me detailed explanation on what was going on. These guys made me feel like I could trust them and that is something you can't get nowadays. I had my unit up and running in 30 minutes and I paid about half of what the other guys wanted charge me for something they damaged! I am so thankful for honest and knowledgeable companies like this one. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

These guys rock. I called on a Sunday evening and had a new water heater installed first thing the next morning. Excellent work, excellent customer service. Any questions I had were answered instantly. Couldn't have asked for anything better. This is a standard that all companies should strive to achieve.

Hector has helped us out twice now; once for an emergency water heater installation/assessment in the middle of the night and now for water pipe replacements. Always open to speaking as far as options and I feel he gives the best prices. Hector and Miguel were great, thanks guys!

They truly are a 24/7 business. My home A/C stopped working around 8:30 pm and I called to schedule appointment and had the option of a standard service call next day for a small fee or after hours for a big fee - I opted for the big fee and this team came out within an hour and had my A/C back up and running before 10pm. The fee was well worth it. The team was professional from dispatch to repair to billing. Very Satisfied - Zach did an amazing job - Thank You! All the 5 star reviews are accurate - you won’t be disappointed.

My toilet tank cracked and I had to have it replaced. Techcool replaced it same day at an excellent price! Technician did an amazing job! Very pleased with the service provided! Highly recommended! 2nd job was to replace broken shower fixture with ADA compliant shower fixture! Amazing job and excellent price! I am so glad I chose Techcool! Call Techcool before you call the Big Name companies, which will just rip you off with inflated prices and try to sell you more than you need!
