Dominic and Colby came out for air conditioning maintenance. Vacuumed and cleaned all units. They did an excellent job and were great!

It’s been over a year and they still can’t get two of my 4 AC units working correctly. They installed these units new on my custom home. Didn’t vent out the carbon dioxide exhaust for over 7 months. We could have been killed. Terrible service!

Best service from a A/C company Ive ever had. Spoke to Ruby in the office and had someone out within a hour to check the air. The technician explained to me what was wrong in terms that I could understand and had it fixed right away. Definitely my first choice for future service and repairs. 👍

Immediate attention to my HVAC problems in the middle of the hottest summer on record. Prices are more than fair in addition to offering a long term plan for Electrical and Plumbing services as well. Good contractors are hard to find in Las Vegas and this is one of them.

Dominic was very personable, did an excellent job repairing my system as David brought the replacement parts and then they proceeded to replace needed parts and restored my ac to perfect running condition and advised my of maintenance and future upkeep and timeline for my system.

They wanted me to pay $5,000 - $7,000 for a new Compressor.
Wanted to replace the entire unit. Refrigerant alone was $1,700!
I hired another company for a second opinion.
He found the Refrigerant was low. I paid $350 TOTAL!
He fixed it the next day. On the spot. Works Great!
I paid $127 for their Diagnostic SCAM!!!
DO NOT CALL THEM.
I suppose other A/C Repair Companies use the same tactics.
Buyer Beware!
Find someone honest that has their own company and works from home.
Try Craigslist.
If you have to pay more than $1,000 you are probably being SCAMMED.
Make sure they give a FREE ESTIMATE.

The only way Infinity Air can remedy their problems is to lay everybody off and shut down the business.
Or they could change their name and start over.

David was more than meticulous and took a lot of time working on differentiation of system problems.

Update Jan 2024: contracted Infinity to replace home ACs and add solar(Spears Electric, also owned by Infinity). They defrauded me of $55K and never came close to finishing the job. Took the money from the finance company and stopped responding to all inquires. Beware.

I really appreciated the professional, punctual and knowledgeable service of the HVAC technician Steve. Redrock Heating & Cooling made sure everything was taken care of. The technician was very courteous and thorough in assessing the problem and fixing the issue. I now have freezing cold air! I am so happy. I would definitely recommend RRHAC to my friends and family. Also he was honest and didn’t try to make or suggest unnecessary repairs.

One word to sum it all up to describe Dominick: A-MAZ-ING! After 2 1/2 weeks of fighting with my home warranty and still no air, I called Infinity on a Monday afternoon. They were here before noon the following day. He came out for a HVAC maintenance. Got the air up and running in no time. He went above and beyond by even sitting on hold on the phone forever (approx an hour) with my home warranty company, not something that was part of the deal! He was thorough, knowledgeable, communicative, sincere (as most try and sell you things you don’t need…not the case with Dominic and the company he represents! I could go on and on but to sum it all up…to say I would recommend them is an understatement! Id shout from the rooftops about Dominic and Infinity! This man deserves a raise!!

WORST service EVER!! This is a prime example of Don't do what's RIGHT, do the company right. This company will take the time to come out n check your AC unit to tell you it's NOT functioning but NOT fix it until there's a office ok regardless if it's 114° and a house full of kid's. They'd rather walk away for a day or 2 to swap out a contactor (which runs about 40 buck's) than fix a problem immediately. A blower motor swap can be done in a few hour's but they choose to leave a person WITHOUT AC in a Vegas August summer heat for 4-5 day's to not cover there own warranty. WHO DOES THAT??? Infinity Air, That's who.

Only call this company if you want your project done right! They’ve always been 100% honest with me. I was told they can recharge my 20 yr old unit but it’s on its last legs. I rolled the dice and the unit lasted another year before dying. I then called them to inspect the unit, they determined the compressor was bad and identified some poor work that I had another contractor do before I knew infinity. Apparently the other guys have jerry rigged the capacitors with some stuff ultimately leading to the untimely demise of my unit. I had infinity replace my unit for a fair price with a great warranty. I know there are cheaper companies out there but I wanted it done right and I’ve witnessed Mike stand behind his work for years. Living in this heat, I am so glad to know about infinity air.

Jonathan was here and did an amazing job, he actually listen to me and respected my wishes checked the unit to perfection. Explained everything I’m glad it was Jonathan that came to my house great service, great job. Raul was very efficient when Jonathan called him. Raul was caring of the situation and ensure that the situation will be handled.

Stay cool and comfy all year round with one call to Infinity Air LLC! Seriously if you own a home in Las Vegas call these guys! They are the friendliest and most helpful staff we've encountered anywhere in the valley! From phone call to compete AC system replacement only took 3 days! The installers showed up early, called first, were courteous and kind, and even offered several times to stay up in the attic so we could let the dogs out. They worked through thier break to reach a point that they were certain they could finish today. And you'd never know they were here. Didn't leave a spec of dirt behind. We can't say enough about the care and thought they put into fixing our home.

I have been a loyal customer of this company since it was very small and just starting out. It's grown a lot but the quality and service is still there. 20 years plus. Mike the owner is a very responsible and on the ball guy and he always provides the best customer service to my three grooming shops.

I found Inifinity Air LLC 4 years ago when I needed a new Air Conditioner on a whim. They worked with me to help me get a new unit put on. Fast forward 4 years to 2023 and I called to have an inspection. Dominic was my technician and while he came to inspect my unit he also immediately noticed I needed a part that could have hurt my unit if I didn’t get it fixed. He was able to fix it right away for an affordable fee. He was professional, communicative, helpful, and most importantly kind. Shortly after he arrived, Carmen, an employee of Inifinity Air LLC stopped by to check if I had any needs to bring my home to be more energy efficient and green. She was also very kind. She mentioned she was new to the brand but gave me her testimonial from when she was a client and why she chose to work for this brand. I believe she is a wonderful asset to Infinity Air LLC and that she will do wonderful things.

If anyone has any AC or Heat needs I highly recommend Dominic and if anyone has any questions on going green or installing Solar I truly believe Carmen is the one to take you there.

I recently had the fan on my air conditioning unit go out.

From the first call until things were fixed, the Infinity Air team was on top of things. The front office was helpful and efficient about getting a call-out scheduled.

Dominic, the on-site tech was able to come out the same day and get it repaired. He was punctual and professional and very good at explaining the repair process which was great for my peace of mind.

They took all the stress about my AC out of the situation and were able to resolve the problem the same day.

I hope to not have to deal with AC problems in the future, but if I do, I will definitely use Infinity Air again!

Great service, I only have good things to say about Gold Medal Service.

I’ll be moving to a new house soon and I’ll have them install a new central unit, the unit that came with the house is not good and very old.

My air conditioner was making strange noises at night, we were afraid that it would be completely damaged, and we called Gold Medal, they quickly and kindly attended us and sent a technician the next day, he did a great job, my AC unit no longer makes those terrible sounds and we are no longer afraid that our unit will be damaged, thanks Gold Medal. They are very professional; I highly recommend them.
