Not only do they show up on time, keep track of orders and keep you in touch when they are in... They do an excellent job taking care of their clients and respect of clients home. And if something additionally pops up after the appointment they answer their call lines immediately and come out, no matter the time.

Ryan and Jocelyn were extremely helpful and patient as we searched for which company to purchase a new furnace from. We appreciated their personal approach and willingness to answer our many questions. We're happy we chose them - the installation went quickly and efficiently. In addition to installing the furnace, Ryan helped us program our smart thermostat. We're hoping to see lower utility bills with this new more efficient furnace!

We've been very lucky and thrilled that our property management team uses this excellent team. Efficient work when on the premises, confident assessments to ascertain the issues, and just really professional and pleasant techs. Ryan is just an excellent man to talk with, and with his wife they apparently have a passion for coffee that my new wife and I share - how's that for a cherry on top? All told, ouststanding work learning us up on how HVAC works here in Northern Nevada (just got here from Texas) and performing when the need has surfaced. Special thanks to Ryan for coming out ON Christmas to fix my heater during this cold winter storm! The next day Ryan and Brandon came to finish another maintenance job so now I don’t have to worry about my heater going out again! Especially having a young child! Wonderful experience all around! From the initial diagnosis and flexible scheduling on the phone with Joslyn to the thoughtful and directive repair from Ryan I was very impressed by the attentiveness. Ryan is such a caring and kind person. I am grateful to have found a company and person that actually fixes the problem. Most past encounters were take your money and run and still have the same problem. Ryan and Brandon are not of that caliber. They honestly care and make things right!

Ryan did an amazing job! He took time to make sure everything was fixed correctly and explained how the installation went plus answered all of my questions. He was very responsive when booking the appointment, came on time, and let me know when he was about to arrive. He was also very professional! Definitely would recommend 100%!

Love having Climate Pros out to inspect our heating and air system. Jose is amazing to work with, and is extremely thorough in checking all components that could be failing and explaining exactly what is wrong and what we can expect during the repair process.

PRIOR REVIEW: The tech is amazing!! Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, and personable. He earned 5 stars on his own! It was also great to have the same tech service my furnace again. Familiar faces nurtures trust for me. Additionally, I am always comforted that if there is ever an issue, the owner makes himself available to solve the problem.
