Rick and the team are awesome. They’re super communicative and patient with questions. Rick also has a great personality - he’s professional, polite, and funny. Climate Pros installed a heat pump for us and have been doing the regular maintenance on it ever since. After a few years of working with them, I can confidently say I wouldn’t want to work with any other company.

We had the entire team here, over the past months, they were really great and patient working with the home warranty company to keep our ancient HVAC working, alas the HW company finally had to give up and replace the system. Everyone is great to work with, very friendly and professional! They are prompt, honest and courteous!

Jose came out to give us a quote for a new system and also took a look at why ours was not power on. Instead of trying to upsell us he quickly identified the issue and resolved it. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Will be a returning customer.

Climate Pro showed up on time to do an HVAC inspection for my new home purchase.
They communicated clearly the (minor) issues they’d found and even let me know verbally an approximate estimate for repairs. They promptly followed that up with a written estimate.
Overall, a great experience!

We have a mysterious water leak over the air handler. Robert took his time to run through various scenarios looking to duplicate the leak. He went over all that he could. He was polite and discussed what he couldn't find...a leak LOL

I have been a customer of Dave & Heather at Climate Pro's for about 15 years now. They maintain both my office HVAC and the home system. They show up when they say they will, and they know their business of HVAC so I don't have to!! Most importantly, I trust them- they do what is needed and they don't gouge or oversell things I don't need. Hat's off to Climate Pros!!

INTEGRITY and EXCELLENCE! The service person that came out took the time to explain to me why I did not need a brand new heater and why the previous company said I needed to spend $10,000 on a brand new heater.
He told me what I needed, and I felt great about the investment. He showed me the pictures of my heater in the attic and that all I needed were two parts which was under $800.00.

SUPERB SERVICE… and I signed up for their yearly program.

Climate Pros installed a new heat pump for us, replacing both our oil furnace and our air conditioner. I was very impressed with every encounter with them from the initial meeting to get an estimate for us to the follow up after installation. In a way, the crew reminded me of an Indy 500 pit crew. Certainly not that kind of speed, but each person on the crew seemed to know the part of the job that they were to take care of and the entire team worked well together and finishing the installation in one day.

I've been using Climate Pros for a while now and have always had a great experience with them. Other companies in the area immediately try to sell us on a new HVAC system even though ours still works just fine, and Climate Pros are the only company that hasn't tried to do so. They're very friendly, honest and professional, and we will continue using them in the future.

Our central AC system was having issues this summer, I used our home warranty to get maintenance on the system, Climate Pros were the vendors on the second call, and I am thankful they were. The vendor on the first call did not diagnose the problem and Climate Pros did! We got our AC fixed and replaced and couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend them for any HVAC work in northern Nevada !
