Climate Pros responded quickly when our heating system failed on a cold morning. Jose diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He xplained the details of what he did and suggested a new thermostat. Will follow up with options for a smart thermostat with remote zone sensors. All in all, a very positive experience. Highly recommend.

Fidelity decided a new unit was in order. Climate Pro Technicians Mike & Donothan arrived to remove the old and install the new Evaporative Cooler. They were efficient, hard working and completed the project in a few hours. Did I mention they were friendly and courteous? They were! :)

First time calling them, they answer the phone! My one year old heater stopped working, got an appointment within days, Jose quickly found the problem and gave me a fair estimate. Was able to get the part and back the next day had me back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Good fast service would definitely recommend them

These folks are great! They rescued my furnace last year after my home warranty sent out some shady dudes from Vegas to do do the repair. Vegas guys tried to tell me it wouldn’t be covered, but they’d do the work on the side . . . Just their way of circumventing the warranty work and getting paid more. Climate Pros came out, instantly figured out what was happening and did the repair with no issues. Fast forward to last month and they came out for my annual AC tube-up, but found my AC was sadly done for. So, they walked me through the process and worked diligently with my home warranty folks to get me situated before it gets hot. I’m happy report I have a new AC and coil, and all I had to do was be available for when they came out to do the work. They took care of everything else. Would highly recommend Climate Pros for your HVAC needs. And special shout-out to Rick . . . He was great, friendly, punctual and knowledgable . . . Exactly what’s needed when dealing with warranty work and a costly home repair.

The technician was great and taught my husband and I about our furnace and the swamp cooler for our new house. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Definitely Recommend!

Our heater was having issues so we contacted our home warranty company who in turn assisted us with contacting Climate Pros out of Reno. They were able to make an appointment for a technician to come out the very next day. We were confirmed via phone call and text by Lindsey who was helpful and very pleasant.

The next morning, Richard, our technician contacted us by phone to let us know he was on his way. Upon arrival he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He went into the attic and resolved the issue quickly and showed us pictures and videos of what work he did.

What a great experience. We decided to sign up for their twice yearly maintenance program To keep our AC and heater running efficiently. Upon our technician’s Recommendation. We are also having him back to fix a Potential issue that could come up in the future with Our heater.

I just want to thank Jose personally for his professionalism! When he arrived, I met him in the driveway. He held his hand out and shook my hand, and introduced himself. He was very respectable in my property inside and out and explained everything thoroughly that I needed to do in the future. I’ve worked with climate pros in the past ( Mike you were awesome) and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you again Jose for being so personable.

Climate Pros are really just that - Pros. I like their friendly receptionist/scheduler, the way they followup to remind me of my appt time, and the cost. AND no high pressure sales/techs! I have had both heater and A/C issues over the last year, and Rick has been my technician. In both situations, Rick was better than prompt, friendly, focused and experienced. He had every opportunity to do more work than was necessary, but instead was ethical and honest, doing only what was required. Today he saved me $300 in additional work because he took the TIME to really test his findings to be sure the repair he thought it needed was really required. Due to his diligence, he found it was not. That, my local Renoites, is priceless - you cannot train people in honesty. It comes from the business recognizing the talent and hiring them. Well done, business owner. You've got yourself a real gem working for you, and a quality business. Fan for life.

Very happy with Climate Pros. Great Service, Excellent Communication and fast respond and turn around time. The Tech Jose was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Did his job and even more. Explained the findings to me, showed me and even told me what i can do to help later down the road with my AC. He even noticed upon arrival that something didnt sound right and even found the issue and said I'm gonna get that replaced for you. Supper helpful.
Lindsey in the office is great to work with very responsive and super helpful with scheduling. Kept me informed and even got me an earlier repair time than what she scheduled me for.
Overall they are a great company to work with, and i will be using them again

Jose is the best he came and fixed my my heater that suddenly stopped working as well as replaced my filter and discussed servicing the heater and A/C as I had just bought the house and want to make sure its maintained well. I really appreciated his knowledge, professionalism and he is all around a solid guy! I will be requesting him going forward. I highly recommend Climate Pros! My AC went out on a Saturday, and they had a technician, Juan, at my house within an hour of my call. It wasn’t an easy fix, but Juan took the time to analyze the issue using his expertise and diagnostic skills, and he got it working again. He was honest, professional, and thorough in resolving the problem. Excellent service from start to finish!
