What can I say?!?!? I had the absolute best experience ever. From the first phone call to get an estimate for installation of an air conditioner to the very last minute of writing them a check they were amazing. Scott, Garrett, and David were the most professional, helpful, and knowledgeable people in their field. I'd recommend these guys to my grandmother that's how much I loved this company!

Sometimes it’s really hard dealing with this company, sometimes it’s great.

When you talk to Reggie she’s on it 100% of the time honest friendly and reliable.

When you talk to the other younger girl sometimes she’s rude and cuts you off and it feels like she doesn’t actually care about her clients.

Some techs are great, super efficient, others have a bad attitude and bang things around and steal your keys.

The pricing is what it is and it’s worth it to get your AC back.

I read other comments and find them difficult to believe, unless antagonized. He got right to work and took less time than estimated. Including parts, was less expensive than other quotes. When finished he gave me clear paperwork, his business card and left immediately to another emergency without rushing me. I’m totally happy with the repair and would recommend him without hesitation. This place is great! We were told by another company who came out that we needed an entirely new heating unit which was like $10k. But we called Jet and his team came out and were prompt and professional, and got our heater up and running with just a simple part. It was a great experience!

It was my first time using a Diesel heater and it works perfectly. I have a water damage and I need to dry out and remove the humidity from under the house and it was perfect. The only hassle was that the 40gal diesel tank was enough for 17 hours and I need it for so much longer than that so I had to bring diesel every day. But that is the way. It works amazing.
