Requested a tech to clean furnace and troubleshoot heating issue. Heating issue was solved, but they did not clean the furnace even though they had everything open. Said I needed a second maintenance appointment for $200+. Never in my 55 years of home ownership have I had a tech not clean a furnace when it had been opened. Can not recommend this company.

Casey was great, he walked me through the steps and told me what needed to be fixed and pointed it out. He was fast and accurate. He is very professional and friendly I highly recommend him.

After much consideration for MY review, it is disheartening because the company I work for and Jensen had a pretty good relationship. Bill thank you for revising the invoice and compensating us, but, for accusing me of having someone write you a “fake” review is outrageous and you handled the situation poorly and your emails to me were rude and unkind. To the woman above (or below) Kira, I hope they reach out to you so you can explain your situation as why you were dissatisfied with their service and hopefully Bill will apologize to me for the way he responded to me and accusing me of something I didn’t do. Poor way to handle your business. Just because two people complain about the same thing to you doesn’t mean they’re in cahoots, maybe it means you should change something people complain about.

The technician arrived promptly, diagnosing the issue with our heating within half an hour. He explained everything clearly, and the repair was efficient. Our home is cozy again!
