I’ve been a loyal customer since they were Lone Wolf LLC, and the new branding is just as impressive as the service. The owner is a local, down-to-earth guy who clearly cares about his craft and his customers and employees. He’s built a total rockstar team. They come out for a quick tune-up and maintenance check regularly, but I also have had them work on our business where they had to replace 3 large furnaces, and our AC unit (idk the correct term). I’ve also called them after hours when my house furnace shut down in the middle of the winter storm and they replaced my furnace in record time. (I will never forget how amazing this was!) Every employee was professional, and made me feel completely comfortable having them in my home and office. They use the latest equipment but keep their prices very reasonable. Couldn’t recommend anyone else. Just trust me on this one.. use them!

The whole New Era crew is phenomenal!! We contacted them early this morning because our heater had gone out in the middle of a storm. They called quickly to schedule, showed up the same day (only 3 hours after calling), before the scheduled time slot, and went above and beyond to ensure our family was safe and warm. Jr, Kathy, and Carlos were so wonderful and set a whole new bar for customer care! We’re New Era customers for life.

New Era was highly recommended to us by a close friend and they did not disappoint. They were honest and gave us a good estimate for what we needed. They did a wonderful job replacing our heater and AC Unit quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for someone to fix or replace your heater or AC Unit these are the guys to call.

We had just moved into our 20-year-old home when we discovered the heating duct in our stairway sounded like an airplane taking off every time the system turned on. It was so loud we practically had to stand next to each other to have a conversation.

After speaking with a few HVAC companies in town and not feeling confident in the solutions offered, we called New Era Heating & Air on a recommendation. I’m so glad we did.

They came out, listened to the problem, and immediately started troubleshooting. Within minutes they realized the issue was the metal ducting and suggested switching it to soft ducting. It made perfect sense, and we couldn’t believe no one had suggested it before.

What I appreciated most was how they took the time to explain how our HVAC system works in simple terms and walked us through everything they were doing. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable and actually less than we expected to pay.

The sound isn’t completely gone, but the improvement is huge. We can actually talk to each other across the room now.

Professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely great to work with. I truly enjoyed working with them and would absolutely recommend New Era Heating & Air.

Brandon burns and 2 other gentleman (sorry forgot there names) came out and moved our water heater and furnace to the garage and didn't an awesome job and very polite and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Very accommodating in terms of arrival times and work schedules. Worked with us on placing the AC unit so as to minimize overlap on the walkway. They answered all our questions and were very courteous throughout the two days of the project.

We were very impressed with the friendly staff, quick service, quality of their work and Adam for all of his time spent communicating with us.

Both Joe and Mike were outstanding, the installation went very well.
I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Troy, he handled all the paperwork and scheduling.

Great company to work witg. I was very pleased with how smooth the process went to have our HVAC set up/installed. The workers were professional and nice. I honestly have no complaint. I would highly recommend them.

Charged me $375 to tell me the same thing I told them over the phone. Fixed nothing. They installed my mothers AC unit 5 years ago. Every year she's had to fix something on it. Had to get another AC guy to fix it. "Shoddy work" his words

RHP is a respected name around town and has been for a long time. I hesitate to talk to the line of Costco vendors on the way out the door, but I was interested in a water softener and I found they chose to work with Costco. They were professional from day 1. Came to our house and did the water test and just above board all the way. Had recommendations for us and we are just very pleased all the way around. I will use them agtain in the future. From first handshake to work completed, this company performed as promised; everything was done as promised, as scheduled, with a high degree of professionalism..... all involved were great with our dogs and cats ...., in fact, they were instrumental in landing the job; they all took to James immediately when he came out to do the estimate.... they didn’t act the same way with the others....!!! Wouldn’t think about doing business with anyone else after this experience.... very thoughtful and thorough job by Chris, Joe and Mike....

RHP Mechanical did an outstanding job. From initial contact by Adam to evaluate our needs and provide a quote to the great crew that did the installation. Adam also provided additional contact during the entire process to keep me appraised of the job. After installation, Adam kept in contact to make sure everything was working as it should. Everyone was highly efficient, professional, and very congenial. I would highly reccomend RHP Mechanical for any HVAC needs.

Exceptional, professional job. I had lots of questions. They never grew tired of the assist I required. Because of the exceptional job I will be calling them for my plumbing issues.

Incredibly professional, didn’t waste anytime to rack up their hourly rate meter. Called last night because my dog chewed thru wiring outside and the gentleman on the phone ended up contacting another technician that was closer to save time and money. 10/10 would recommend their business to anyone. Very appreciative of this company. Well worth the weekend rate.

I actually lied on the selective buttons, it's NOT A Good Value... It's a GREAT VALUE!!! I had few quotes to install A/C and a Water heater. RHP was not the lowest but I was impressed with the promptness or response to my inquiry, when the estimator showed up he was 15 mins early, the crew on work day was 15 mins early and the professionalism from the entire team, down to the lady I first spoke to were every bit good down home professionals. The quality of the work they did on my project was beyond compare. I must have told them 4 or 5 times that I was impressed with their work. Originally I looked them up on line and was contacted the next day and had an estimate appt in 3 days. If your a Costco member the additional benefits you receive going through them is very rewarding. (I wont discuss the reward bc it maybe different when you inquire - but what will be the same is the 2% you get back from Costco at the end of year (which may also very depending on what level Costco member you are)) I will leave you with this, Great Company! Very Professional Crew! Awesome work they did! and I would recommend them to everyone I know looking for the same thing I had done. Again they weren't the lowest price but it wasn't much more, but again ALL THE OTHER THINGS YOU GET GOING WITH RHP WAY WORTH IT!!! Thanks to everyone at RHP!!!

Great job installing new furnace and A/C at my home. Kenny did a fantastic job and was extremely nice and professional. I would give them a bonus star if it were an option. If you are looking to get a new furnace or A/C installed I would highly recommend using RHP Mechanical Systems for the job.

This is a stellar company. I highly recommend them! They installed 2 Mitsubishi split units for us. They are extremely customer service oriented, do exactly what they say they’ll do, when they say they’ll do it, are so friendly and polite and leave everything clean and tidy. They are truly one of the best companies I’ve hired in the 40 years I’ve lived in Tahoe! Don’t hesitate to use them.

Mike and Joey (and Marco from Action Electric) did a great job. The replacement of a furnace and installation of new air conditioning took two days. The work area was cleaned up after each day and the installation looks nice and clean. More importantly the heater works and the air conditioner cools the house. Good job guys!
