RHP is an amazing company, we purchased our new HVAC system thru Costco. I had only seen the RHP trucks around town before this purchase. Let me say from the time of purchase to the end result every RHP employee was friendly, courteous, professional hard working. My salesman Adam was knowledgeable and easy to work with very trustworthy helped a lot in decision making process.
Brandon & Adam were simply the best they went out of their way, many times throughout the installation they checked with me made sure I was happy and understood what was taking place two awesome people.
It was like having a couple friends over.
The supervisor Jeff called me within minutes when I had a question wow wow wow
I worked in retail over 43yrs had dealings with many companies as the manager, this was a large corporation I trained thousands of employees,.
I only wish I had four employees like these RHP employees.
We are so glad we purchased a Lennox system had RHP install it Costco is so smart.

They just installed a new furnace and some new duct work in the mountains. The team works well together, are very efficient, and did a beautiful job on time and on budget. They are tolerant of me asking question after question about a new system and are diligent in getting me the answers. They have earned the respect of local inspectors. RHP Mechinical has a Great service and parts department in Reno Nevada. We always buy our RO filters from them and when our water flow started slowing down, I called Adam at RHP and we trouble shot it and I added some air and solved the problem. Keeps me coming back.

Andy and Mike did an excellent job with a complex install on a hot day. They both were professional, personable, engineered improvements to the AC system and worked very well together. When they discovered a fault with the main unit they immediately decided to call for another new unit rather than to try a quick”fix”.

I recommend RHP and their work.

Went through Costco for home water services and we got to work with Adam (sales/estimator), Kirk, and Joey (installers) for our water softener and reverse osmosis systems and they did an excellent job! Very professional, responsive, and friendly. Much better now with these systems and kicking myself for not installing these items sooner. Definitely will be recommending them to my friends and family!

You guys have a great company. During a water heater replacement which I was privileged to watch, your employs were very professional, cared about our needs and stayed on the job, even working after hours to complete it so that we would have hot water and not have to have them come back another day.
They were true craftsman, excellent work ethics and etc.
I have dealt with RHP off and on for many years and have always experienced there concerns for our needs as well as there doing excellent work.

RHP of Reno did an outstanding job of replacing an aged gas furnace and related mechanical system. From the initial evaluation through the purchase and installation - the process was easy and seamless. The RHP representatives were always on time to every appointment and showed up ready to consult and install as promised. The work performed was done exactly as described in the initial consultation. The advice and professional guidance they provided was very valuable.

I had five bids to replace a 48 year old furnace and AC unit, spending a full day with the respective sales people. RHP was not only the lowest bid but were able to start the job the next day! Our furnace was not operational and it was cold, so getting it fixed quickly was very much appreciated. The service was outstanding and completed in just a day and a half. Brandon, Kirk and Kenny were a good team and obviously knew what they were doing. They gave honest thoughtful answers and went the extra mile to complete all of the little details. Brandon said that they do the job the way they would do it for themselves and I really believe that. We also changed out the Wi-Fi thermostats that NV Energy had installed with a Honeywell product which is demonstrably better! They have an excellent long term reputation for a reason which is why I called them first.

I used RHP Mechanical through Costco when I was searching to buy/install a new furnace after my 400 year-old one decided to take a powder. James came in to do an evaluation and he was great. Unlike some other companies, he did not attempt to up-sell or throw all these bells and whistles at me. He gave me a fair price and quote very quickly, and answered all of my questions. The crew was quick, efficient, polite, and got the job done. Their warranty stuff is pretty industry standard, but I was very satisfied with their work. If you are a Costco member, definitely look them up.

RHP installed a new water heater in our home. They made the process seamless from start to finish. We found RHP to be professional and very responsive to our needs. RHP recently replaced our air conditioner with a 2 stage pump and replaced our old furnace with a much more energy efficient one. We purchased through the Costco program and couldn't be happier. RHP did an outstanding job and their crew was very professional. Cameron was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Good company with competent employees selling a quality product and taking care with the installation. We got several quotes for our HVAC replacement (furnace + AC), and RHP had both the lowest price and the best value. They were easy to work with and delivered as promised. Happy customer here.

We had a furnace that went out. James helped us out quickly with estimates giving my wife and I different options and choices. He was very helpful in offering up advice for different systems, Costco member programs (saved us money), and payment options. During the entire process we felt informed and never pushed. In less than a week we were scheduled and set up for furnace replacement. Andy was our installer and was very cautious with removal of the old unit which was in our ceiling. He stayed to teach us on operation of our new thermostat and made sure we did not have any further questions before he left. Our house was in the same shape as when he entered, but much cooler! These guys are extremely professional and courteous. The service is excellent. I would highly recommend this company, especially James and Andy to anyone needing HVAC service.

Previously "Ray Heating", RHP Mechanical never disappoints. I've been using them for at least 30 years. I recently purchased an entire HVAC system at a reasonable price , charged my Costco charge card and the savings amounted to the cost of a free set of tires and two fun shopping trips to Costco. I couldn't be happier!

My husband and I contacted RHP to install a new AC and Heating unit since our 20+ year old system was not working well. Their team was courteous and professional. Adam thoroughly explained the different units and what would work best for our home. He didn't try to "up sell" us. We were so impressed with their work that we have made an appointment for them to install a water softener. I have also referred them to friends. Well done RFP!

Recently had my HVAC units serviced by RHP. A few days after the service while walking in the yard I noticed a few pieces of insulation on the ground near the AC condenser. Apparently the insulation on the refrigerant line was partially blown off from pressure washing the condenser. While not a serious problem I would have expected the technician to repair the problem or at least say something about the missing insulation. So on Monday I called RHP and explained the problem to someone in the office. They said they would refer the information to a manager. By Thursday I had not heard from them and I called their office again. Now it's two weeks later and still no response from RHP. Very disappointing from a company whose prior work was fine.
Prior to this incident, I was in a very popular Reno warehouse where I spoke with the RHP representative promoting their HVAC units. I was interested with his product but now I would not consider them for any work. Their quality of service and customer communications are unacceptable. I don't think the principles of the company would approve.

I had Costco give me a quote for a new furnace and AC unit. The price was cheaper than the competition and the service was great. Andy and Joe were friendly and professional and they worked really diligently to get my installation done in a timely fashion. These guys found a problem under the house with one of my duct pipes and repaired that no problem. I would highly recommend RHP Mechanical Systems to anyone! Thanks for doing a great job!
