We have been using new-era for over 4 years now for our HVAC. We found them when another company wasn’t honest about what needed done for a repair. We won’t ever use anyone else and have 100% trust in this company.

Promptly answered to my message. Technician explain things thoroughly. The technician also suggested what needed to be done to my furnace so it runs smoothly. Will Continue to use and recommend them.

My elderly furnace was burning through a part that my home warranty kept having replaced with after market parts. On the 3rd burn out, my home warranty sent out New Ear Heating. My tech, Junior, pushed back on my home warranty to get the manufacture's part instead because it was better designed to handle my older furnace. It work and has been working well since.

A couple years later I had a different issue and had the fortune of having Junior from New Era Heating once again called out. He had already proven they thinking more critically about the issue you are facing and will take the extra steps to help out. That happened again giving my elderly furnace yet more life.

We had our furnace and heating system inspected for the winter. As always, Junior does a great job. Very professional, friendly, and trustworthy and never tries to sell us something we don’t need.

Woke up with no heat, called them and they were here within 40 minutes. The technician Carlos was so polite and knowledgeable. He identify what was wrong and got the heat going, told us we will need to replace a part to avoid the heater to going out again. Their team found the part and came back later in the same day to fix it. Can’t recommend them enough! Any HVAC needs I will be going back to them!!

New Era Heating & Air, formerly Lone Wolf, has been assigned to my home several times in the last year. They perform tune ups with providing excellent service and ensuring they go above and beyond each and every time. If they diagnose potential mechanical issues, they fix it with complete integrity as just part of the job, ensuring our home is tuned up and ready for all seasons. They also provide adequate education to help our home run the most efficiently with the products and systems we have in place, such as the most efficient air filter recommendations etc. We trust them with our home! They also are licensed for modular/mobile homes which is a huge plus to some members in our community! Thank you for always going abive and beyond!

We moved into a new home recently and it's existing cooling unit failed on us. The home warranty sent Junior out to verify that a full replacement was necessary. He was very knowledgeable on the old unit (a 1991 original install) compared to others who had been sent out. Junior and his coworkers did a great job with the replacement and happily answered any questions I had. I came away feeling like I had learned a bit more than I knew before and I feel more equipped to keep an eye out for any HVAC concerns going forward thanks to his open communication. From what I understand, New Era might be a bit pricier than some of the competition, but if they are hiring others as knowledgeable and observant as Junior, it's well worth it and will likely save you money in the long run!

Super affordable and honest. No upselling or trying to sell me services I didn’t need. Their smart thermostat literally saved me from frozen pipes while I was out of the country. The technician Carlos came out to check our heating system that was not working properly. He was thorough in explaining what was happening and helped us solve it. He went above and beyond the job duties as well. New Era has serviced our unit in the past and they have been timely and professional.

Had to get my heater looked at because cold air was coming out when the heater was turned on. They came in and looked at it and im not going to pretend i know what Carlos was talking about but had the heater working right away! I will Definitely call them if anything else comes up. When they changed the air filter upstairs he was cool enough to write down the size I needed to eliminate the guess work. Small gesture but I definitely appreciated it.

I called in the morning and spoke with Kathy in the office because my furnace was not heating. She sent out Carlos the same day and they were able to get it fixed. Super easy to work with, Carlos explained everything and the price was reasonable. No upselling. Highly recommend.

New Era Heating & Air is fantastic. Carlos & Kairo were great. They were on time, friendly, communicative, and very helpful. They replaced a part in my furnace for me quicker than I expected. I definitely recommend them, and I’m so happy my issue was taken care of so quickly!

I can’t say enough about these guys and their honest, fair, reliable, efficient service! At the recommendation of a friend, we filed an online request for a second opinion on our malfunctioning furnace. The next day, New Era came to evaluate our furnace and replaced a switch (previously swapped by a big name company in town a few days prior) at no additional charge while also installing a new motherboard for half the price as quoted by the same big name company. Within an hour, our furnace was back to fully operational and they even re-programmed our thermostat for us. I will forever recommend New Era Heating and Air to anyone who needs an HVAC company that you can trust to show up and actually fix your problem right off the bat.
