Riley Plumbing & Heating is hands down one of the best service companies in Reno. From the first call to the final walkthrough, everything was professional, honest, and efficient. The technician showed up on time, explained the issue clearly, and laid out options without any pressure or upselling.

The work was done right the first time, the job site was left clean, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work provided. It’s obvious these guys take pride in their craftsmanship and actually care about their customers.

If you’re looking for reliable plumbing or HVAC work in Reno, Riley Plumbing & Heating is the company to call. Highly recommend.

The price charge did seem a little extreme. Especially since you did not make your scheduled appointment time. When I called after not showing up at your scheduled appointment time they had said I wasn't even on the books. I had to make a second call to finally verify that I did have an appointment.
Then you actually had to get one of your service texts who's already off for the day to come to my job and complete it.
That being said, having you missed your appointment time and the difficulty I went through getting somebody actually there who was already off the clock seems a bit much.
The technician who did show up super polite, very nice. Had a great experience with them.
Still everything leading up to that leaves me with not a favorable review

Extremely happy with the service that I received from Riley Plumbing. Starting with Alyssa, who provided administrative and scheduling support, she was friendly, responsive, and extremely professional. Dallin was the team member who came out and provided an estimate and then completed the job the next day. Dallin was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely processional! I will definitely use this company again!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Casey and Aiden with RILEY PLUMBING. Casey led the whole project and was incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish, with Aiden right there helping every step of the way.

They found and fixed a major plumbing backup caused by wipes that had been flushed by AirBnB guest, which had water leaking through the bottom floor ceiling. What could have been a total nightmare turned into a huge relief thanks to them.

The most impressive part was that they solved the issue without having to break into the sheetrock, which easily saved me thousands of dollars in extra repairs. Their expertise, problem-solving, and professionalism truly made all the difference.

Overpriced. While the plumbing tech who arrived was awesome - very professional, timely, efficient. He was polite and communicative and sent a detailed invoice. However, the invoice was staggering, compared to other local plumbers, inordinately high considering the very minor labor involved and a job that took less than an hour. I recognize we had an after hours call on a holiday so I can understand slight fee, but over $530.00 for one single fix in one short visit seems truly exorbitant, even for Tahoe. Our tech was Justice and he was great, very respectful and professional.

He came to my house to look at my air-conditioning unit because it wasn’t working correctly and he fixed it and I’m very happy with the air Conditioner now I appreciate it a lot. He was very courteous very funny, crack jokes. If anything happens again I will use the services again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
