Peter Young was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I hired this company for maintenance on my tankless water heater and he went above and beyond. He thoroughly flushed the heat exchanger with distilled white vinegar and discovered that the internal recirculation pump had never been turned on and the altitude settings were left at sea level. This explained why my water was taking so long to heat up.

Since this was a new construction build and these corrections may have saved me several thousands of dollars down the road. I strongly encourage anyone with a tankless water heater to use their service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for maintenance next year. Thank you!

They had the part in stock I needed for a faucet. Considering the faucet is pretty old and the last time I got the same part was 11 years ago and it only went up about $2.50 not bad!

it is obvious that this cooperation only cares about money. Cooperate has hamstrung this branch. the great staff that is left at this branch is doing all that they can to provide the best customer service. This review does not reflect upon the individual branch only Ferguson as Cooperation, their treatment of the human beings that work for them and the overall greed that is cooperate America.

I wanted to share my experience with their parts department this morning. I drove an hour to pick up a large shower pan. Most people there were plumbers, then there was me. I had my Ford Explorer which I thought was big enough to carry the item. I paid for it and they brought it to my trunk to load it only to find out it wouldn’t fit. Utterly disappointed I was leaving to come back with a bigger vehicle. But after calling my husband he suggested we take it out of the box and try to slide it into the back diagonally. So I went back inside to ask David if he would take it out of the box and try loading it in my trunk. They opened it up and sure enough it went in on the diagonal, but I had two car seats installed that I then needed to take out to fold down the middle seats. David was far beyond helpful and patient with me, loading this shower pan. He helped take out one of the car seats as I couldn’t remove it myself. It was, in my opinion, far above and beyond the call of duty. He did not make me feel like I was being difficult for trying to make it work. He was so kind and patient with me and the process. I know I’m not the usual customer for plumbing parts, and he was nothing but awesome. David- you deserve a Christmas bonus! We will shop here again. Thank you!

I had a great experience buying a part I could not find at the big box stores. I am glad to know that I was able to purchase what I needed. They do sell to the public, but probably some parts can only be sold to professionals. I'm very pleased with my experience at Ferguson Plumbing Supply.

*** Bought a Sub-Zero refrigerator, freezer, a wolf oven, wolf stove hood and a wolf microwave.

The outside and inside of the refrigerator was delivered scratch, dented and damaged. And they installed it like that.

The refrigerator did not have the correct stainless steel outer door and when they delivered the replacement it was dented again. They delivered another replacement it was dented again and there were scratches all over the inside of the refrigerator and they refused to replace it.

There was was a big dent in the microwave bottom panel, Ferguson failed provide any support. Still waiting to get that replaced through Wolf warranty service.

Have to blame Ferguson for whatever they did to damage everything when they were delivering and installing. Then they wouldn't fix it.

Was disturbing that every time we phoned them they said they would call back and help us get this repaired but they would never return the calls and we called them multiple times over about nine months.

We recently had NDI Pluming & Mechanical here to repair a filter grate (vent) in the ceiling which was damaged. Austin was the technician who was assigned to the job. He immediately saw what the problem was and was able to make the replacement and repairs needed after he ordered the part(s). On both visits, Austin was professional, courteous yet personable. He did a great job and corrected the problem(s). I would definitely recommend this operation based on this employee's performance!
