Had my furnaces and AC serviced today and they were professional, prompt and thorough. Tony was the lead tech and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Tony A. did a wonderful job. He was respectful and thorough, answering all of my questions with patience. Despite working outside in the heat for almost four hours, he maintained a high level of professionalism and did a great job. I highly recommend his services.

We had an issue arise in which we were unexpectedly getting hot water coming out of the cold taps. I sent a note to NDI at the suggestion of a friend, and I don't regret it. They replied to my inquiry within a business day, and I had an appointment scheduled for the day after that. I did not expect that kind of availability! The tech reached out ahead of the appointment as he was able to get there early and diagnosed and repaired the shower blend valve cartridge in short order for an entirely reasonable sum. Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Don't question the decision. Give them a call.

I highly recommend this company. I actually called them by mistake when I was looking for a plumber to fix our clogged disposal/sink but I'm so glad I did. I left a message on a Sunday and they called me first thing Monday morning and they came out by 8 a.m. Damien had it fixed in no time and he was very kind and professional and the price was reasonable. We will definitely use them again for our home and for our business!

We recently came home to a broken AC and decided it was time to replace our 20+ year old system. After getting a few quotes we choose NDI to do the install and I'm so glad we did!! They were very upfront with the scope of work and the pricing was very reasonable. They started and finished the install in a very timely manner and the new system works great. We will be using NDI for all our future HVAC and plumbing needs and recommending them to all our friends and family. Huge thanks to Austin and the whole crew at NDI for their hard work getting our HVAC system installed.

We had them do our kitchen and bath remodel. The attention to detail and the professionalism that we received was so refreshing and awesome. They made the uncomfortable experience of a remodel so comfortable and everything turned out beautiful. When our elm tree roots clogged up our pipe, NDI was able to come out within 24 hours. The clog was so big that they had to go get a longer, more powerful tool and were able to take care of it SAME DAY! It made me feel like they were a close family friend, just making sure they made my family's life carry on with flowing ease!

Lyssa Mumme @ NDI Plumbing was amazing in taking care of getting our clients scheduled for a plumbing inspection. They work with outside the box thinking and are very reasonable for the precision they offer in Plumbing needs. Neil and his team at NDI are just GREAT! They were extremely fast to give us a very fair bid and had everything installed smoothly within just a couple of days of approval. They were so great that we are going to have them come back for a different issue. Couldn't be happier with them!

Ben kept us advised of the schedule for our project. He also clearly advised when utilities would be turned off and for how long. The work was done as needed and certainly made for a professional installation. We will use Legacy and Ben on future projects

Alan was great. Showed up early and was professional. Suggested I change out the press in connectors (which were leaking) with the expansion connectors. Got the job done quickly and cleaned up any mess under the sink. So far so good.

THIS PLACE CHARGES A $99 DISPATCH FEE.
They responded to this, asking me to call them - I left my number. They have not called me back, and never will, because they are entirely in the wrong for not telling me about a dispatch fee.
THEY ARE JUST THIEVES.

I have had my entire kitchen faucet replaced for $325. This place wanted nearly $1000 to fix a simple leak. And they told me NOTHING about having to pay them $99 just to show up at my house. DO NOT GO WITH THIS PLACE. THEY ARE A SCAM AND A RIP OFF.

Dude showed up unannounced after a 2 week wait. Nobody home, he left. What kind of service shows up without a call or a text. Honestly, I have had this company out before. Took them 3 separate visits to fix the same clogged drain and they charged me for every visit. Even the visits that fixed nothing. This last unprofessional visit and zero follow up was the straw for me. I wish I had seen a warning on Google $2k dollars ago. Oh well, I’ll find another plumber.

The condensation line on our tankless hot water heater broke and was leaking water all over the garage. Hoffman got someone out to us quick and repaired the line. Then they educated us on the correct maintenance for our unit. I can’t say enough positive things about not only the company, but the employees. From the employee who took my panicked phone call to the employee who arrived and made the repair, but even the owner who reached out to ensure I was satisfied with the service I received. They care about the customer and it shows. Highly recommend Hoffman Plumbing!

I chose Hoffman Plumbing due to their great reviews. I especially liked how they kept me up to date and in the loop via email and texting, including a little bio on the service technician. From beginning to end I found them to be fair and professional. They did quality work and was able to replace my two outdated hose bibs.

Robert who was knowledgeable and professional initially looked at the problem and ordered the part. A big thanks and shout out to Elizabeth the tech who did the work, she fixed the problem thoroughly.

Justin is great. He’s been to our place twice and did a thorough and competent job both times. He’s friendly and takes time to explain things to. I’m not sure about Chaz though. He’s been there once and Justin had to redo the part he put in and he did more work replacing things that should have been replaced the first time.
