Their customer care is genuine, knowledgeable, and truly kind qualities that are very rare to find these days. Hoffman Plumbing is extremely lucky to have both of them on their team. Luke and Hannah have helped us with multiple projects in our home, including re-doing all of our water lines and many other repairs. Every step of the way, they kept everything clean, organized, and treated our home with respect. The quality of their work and their professionalism really stand out. Luke especially deserves recognition, whether it’s a raise, a percentage, or even a bonus, because he is truly a gem. His expertise, honesty, and dedication go above and beyond. My husband and I sincerely appreciate everything they have done to keep our home up to date and running smoothly. Thank you both, Luke and Hannah, for being exceptional at what you do. We discovered a leak in the circulation pump of our water heater which stopped heating water after hours. We called and they immediately sent a technician out....they emailed us a photo of the technician so we would be comfortable with a "stranger" arriving at night. The tech was polite, efficient and was able to restore hot water that evening and returned the next day with a new pumps stem and completed the repair. We did not cost compare the service charges but were delighted the problem was handled so quickly and efficiently

Nathan Kim and got the drain cleared, cammed it to get clarity on what the problems were the caused the clog, then did the whole process again to clear the drain more completely. Afterward, we discussed what process I should follow to keep the drain clear in the future.

Nick is amazing! He originally came out to give me a quote for removing our old shower valve and replacing it with a new one that I had bought. Once he arrived, I added a request for a quote to move the shower drain. No problem for Nick! I also sprung a clogged kitchen sink on him while he was here (it had clogged the night before and we couldn't fix it ourselves) so I asked him to do that as well. Nick was polite, professional, and friendly the entire time. Even though he ended up doing more work than originally intended, he never once acted like it was an imposition. Then, when I asked what his availability was to do the shower drain and valve, he said the next evening!!! Nick was truly amazing and we now have a plumbing, heating, and cooling company that we will use for everything. The shower valve was switched out and the drain was moved without any problems. He was quick and efficient and communicated with me the entire time. We are thoroughly impressed by Nick, you can tell he enjoys what he does.

The person who answered the phone was courteous and explained everything in a professional manner including the pricing. She sent a technician the same day and Daniel was also very courteous and professional plus being on time and knowledgeable. He helped me understand the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate and options to consider to fix the problem. He was thorough and took time to make sure he answered all my questions. I was very impressed with the service I received and highly recommend Daniel and this company.

Amazing service!!! Our furnace started blowing cold air and within 15 minutes of my call, Jay was on his way. He was professional, polite, highly educated, as well as highly informative. He really took the time to look over everything to diagnose the problem and explain everything to me in a clear and straight forward way. We will definitely be using this business for all future needs!

Anthony (Technician) was very professional, friendly, and went above and beyond with fixing my kitchen faucet. He even helped me with selecting a new faucet. Would highly recommend. 5 stars! Thank you! A little pricey but worth it for Anthony's great customer service.

I am so thankful to have found this company. We had a pipe valve explode at 430am and start spraying water all over my bathroom. From the first panicked call the lady in the office helped calm me down, told me to call the water company to shut off the water, and got our service flagged as an emergency making sure that someone was here before noon.they sent me a text with a picture of my plumber about an hour before he got to my place to make sure I would feel safe letting him in. The man who came to fix the leak was amazing and helpful. He took the time to explain exactly what had happened and how he was fixing it, he was also very kind to my kids while he was fixing things. The price was also great, way below what I had been quoted by other places. All told I would give them 6 stars out of 5.

The technician was thorough and did a great job! I normally would get a second estimate because the price seemed steep but I wanted to address the leak as soon as possible and Hawthone responded immediately on the same day of my call and on a Saturday! Excellent service from beginning to end. Great experience.

I have been very impressed with the quality of the work done by Hawthorne Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Terry was wonderful. He took care of my heating unit. He was efficient, friendly and took care of everything.
I also got a hot water heater through them and was impressed with Daniel who installed the unit and Nate who checked everything out later.
I am only going to use them for my plumbing, heating and cooling needs in the future.

Technician Nick was awesome. Polite, friendly & easy to communicate with. He brought everything up to code.. I recommend this company to anybody that needs a good plumber. I gave this company 5 stars. Which I never do for any business or service. I commend them for their good work. Great job, guys, and thank you again.

We had a leak in a water line on our water heater and it was spraying water in our garage. It was 7:30pm and Javier was sent to help. He went out of his way as well as the office manager to open the shop and retrieve the parts needed to fix the leak. Javier was great!
Pricing for after hours was very reasonable.

Anthony did a great job replacing the water heater and fixed the old exhaust pipe he discovered was not appropriately attached.

Excellent communication from the office staff and plumber. Clear and concise what was needed and the cost of such repairs. Never did I wonder who or what was going to happen next. David the plumber gave excellent customer service while evaluating the issues we were having in our mens room and after with the information we had to send to our landlord. Heather was quick and to the point when I scheduled the work to be done. All around great experience with Hawthorne Plumbing!

Hoffman Plumbing provided emergency services to our home today when sewage and waste water backed up and ran freely like Miniature geysers from the drains in our shower, overflowed the toilets, and was coming up through all of our sink drains. I called numerous other local emergency plumbers, none of whom answered the phone after hours or responded to the messages I left. I called Hoffman and Beth answered my call at 6:30 AM. She told me not to worry and that she would have someone to the house within a few hours. She called me back to let me know that she was scheduling Robbie and that he would be there around 9 AM.

Robbie showed up at exactly 9 AM and immediately calmed me down and began diagnosing the situation. We have a large home which only made Robbie’s job more difficult but he quickly determined we had a mainline blockage, and after running a few auger snakes went under the home, cut open the main, snaked it out and repaired it. Robbie was professional, calm and describe the situation and what he was doing so that it made sense to the late person Without you feeling stupid.

I highly recommend Hoffman Plumbing and if you have a need for services, be sure to ask for Robbie. He’s worth every penny!

We are very thankful to Hawthorne for coming out quickly in a busy season to remove and replace our leaking water heater. Nick was a clear professional and a huge help. The install went so smoothly and it was nice to have this peace of mind on a very chaotic day. Absolutely worth it and will rec to anyone.

Nate is literally amazing, we couldn’t be happier with the amount of diligence, professionalism, and absolute patience he displayed while making a real doozy of a repair in our condo. He probably had to come a total of 6 times and was always kind and knowledgeable with each snag we hit. When cutting into our and our neighbor’s drywall, he was extremely precise and took out as little as possible as to not inconvenience either of us further. We were extremely happy with every aspect of our service!!! Very dedicated and professional company with excellent customer service.

They were actually referred to me by another plumbing co. I am forever grateful for this. Trent showed up early (which I appreciated. I prefer early to late) and he was very professional, very up front. No hidden fees or unnecessary add-on charges. I had a broken hose bib & with cold weather coming it was becoming worrisome to me. I know how a leaky hose bib can lead to broken pipes etc. In the future this will be my first call when plumbing issues arise. Thank you staff. Everyone I talked to was great, from initial call to service. 5 stars.

My water heater burst and needed it replaced. They had an estimator out the same day, I felt the price was way too high but it is was comparable to all the other phone estimates I had already gotten. Maybe labor prices are just higher in Reno than anywhere else. But the customer service was great and we decided to go with them Hawthorne because of their quick response. The service tech Nate did a great job. He was able to get to work right then. We were able to take a hot showers the next morning before work.
