Ralph did great work. Price was unexpectedly high for just a small pipe under the sink to be replaced. Cost$600 and that was with Senior discount.

Previous heater went on the blink. Chris Wheeler performed various tests and determined it needed replacement (it was 25 years old). He was great to work with and got a new one installed the next day.

Ralph, our technician, informed me when he was on his way. He was very accommodating with adjusting arrival time. After his assessment of our broken water heater, we discussed repair or replacement options. He answered all questions, and provided a comprehensive estimate. After the job was completed, we reviewed all the work done, and Ralph answered questions from 3 different individuals. Ralph showed pride in his work, great customer service, and a thorough knowledge of his profession. Thank you, Ralph, for giving us back our hot water with as little hassle as possible!

Excellent customer service when scheduling the appointment. Anthony was polite, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Plumbing prices can always have some sticker shock, but he explained the cost breakdown and I felt confident I was getting quality service for a fair price. I will absolutely be using them again!

They were quick to arrive. Jeremy explained everything to me and was very personable! I'm so thankful for them helping me with my water heater within the day.

Horrible service, Took day's to get the job done. Tried to charge me a weekend fee when nothing was done on the weekend. Very rude technician that left his trash from doing the repairs in front of my house on the ground. The only good thing was the supervisor who helped minimize the price. Would not recommend or use this service again.

Ralph Lenard came and repaired our heater in record time. He was though and very profesional. Hawthorne Plumbing, Heating and Cooling responded promptly and everything was handled well. We recommend their services.

Really, really great service. Broke my shower handle Monday afternoon. Within 24h they were here, fixed it with parts on board and had gone on their way. They take credit cards and my dogs liked them. So if you get a doggie seal of approval, you certainly get mine.

Update: have needed their help 2x since then, for a furnace issue (caused by improper installation!) and some overdue maintenance plus a surprise repair to the water heater (diagnosed by Chris while he was fixing the furnace). I learned a lot from Chris, and was disappointed that the folks we depended on to install the furnace properly missed the mark on the set up. Once again, I recommend this company with the highest possible confidence in their abilities and knowledge

Sold a terrible heater for my home. Then the guy came for the water and he supposedly checked the bathroom and never turned back on the water. When the guy came to install the vanity water sprayed everywhere. Quotes me the highest price water heater. I called because the water pressure was still low after he came out and said it just needs to be replaced. Turns out that’s not the case.

Their only saving grace in that place is Winter who answers the phone and Chris. Do not allow anyone else there but Chris to touch anything in your home.

I called early afternoon after my water heater stopped working. Around 90 minutes later, Nate was at my door and got to work. Ultimately I decided to do a full replacement since my WH was 12 years old and I’d already replaced all the parts that could be replaced. They made the process quick and easy, and now a few hours later my house has hot water again!

Nathaniel Gutierrez provided excellent service. Quick to respond and waited while we received authorization from our home warranty to proceed with repair. The company was very responsive and the technician was top-notch! Thank you!

Nate and Anthony did a wonderful job for me. They were professional, respectful and went the extra mile cleaning the tub and shower for me after they put everything back together. I called seven plumbers on a Sunday morning in an emergency. One did call to let me know they don’t do drains. One set up an appointment for later in the day but Nate was the one who responded early Sunday morning and showed up. He had to come back Monday but he was able to do what he said. All the others that are open 24/7 never even called me back. If you need help, call Hawthorne and ask for Nate and Anthony.

Jeremy R. was our plumber, he went above and beyond for us! He did an amazing job and made sure everything was working perfect before he left! Excellent customer service! We will definitely be referring everyone to Hawthorne! Thank you guys for your help and making sure we were treated right! And taken care of! Well over 10 stars if I could!

They also text you and keep you updated when the plumber is on the way, which was very helpful!

I called after hours for plumbing work and they responded within 2 hours. They sent out Anthony who did so wonderful, went right to work and helped us be able to use our facilities again. Provided excellent education and services.

After calling 6 other companies this company was able to come out same day!!! Especially when I told them my house had flooded. The other companies didn't see it as urgent.
It was a wonderful experience from the moment I called. Angela was very helpful sweet and professional.

Excellent work. I had a sewer line replaced. Mr Rooter was trying to charge me around 9k dollars more for same job!! These guys got to work right away and I did not get taken advantage of with that other company. Hawthorne is honest- helpful and stand behind their work !
