Chris Moore was extremely knowledgeable and suggesting multiple options on how to Increase efficiency with my lack of heated water and also explained how to maintain slow draining sinks in the best manner.

We contacted Hoffman Plumbing at 8 AM and they sent Rob out at 10 AM. Very pilot and knowledgeable person. Unclogged our toilet and made repairs to our other toilet that required a replacement water shut off valve . We have used Hoffman plumbing before when our bathroom sink required a hose replacement. They always seem to carry plenty of required parts for the job .Good people to work with.

I recommend Hoffman Plumbing to everyone I know. They get the job done right the first time out. Nick just re-piped my whole house and I can't say enough about the quality of his work.

Can always count on Roberto with Hoffman Plumbing whether the plumbing need is at my or my client's properties. Roberto is highly skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable. I called on Monday with an emergency and was scheduled for Tuesday which was fine as I shut the well pump off but Roberto got that personal touch and called me after hearing my call recording to make sure that everything was under control until the appointment. Same goes for Justin who did a dope job on my sump pump; that thing is a clean install and the ingenuity in directing the piping out of the house was top tier...I even took video of my sump pump and showed it off...I was that proud. :D

I experienced a problem with my hot water heater in 2024 and needed help. Of all of the vendors I tried, Hoffman Plumbing came to our rescue. When I encountered a problem last week, Hoffman was my first choice. Chaz came to the house, diagnosed the problem and went to purchase a new recirculating pump. He drained the hot water heater to show me how it was done and quickly installed the new pump. We had hot water again. But only for a few hours. I called Hoffman again. Chaz was troubled by the problem. After discussing his solution with his manager, he returned and replaced a value that had become clogged by minerals. We now have hot water!

Hoffman is my first choice and they are on speed-dial.
