Top notch customer service, best price I could find and great people who take pride in their craft. The Tree Professional expertly took down my 90 year old, four story tall elm without damaging anything in the process and did it all in one day to my surprise. It’s not often you can chose the most economical bid AND get a great product but The Tree Professional did just that. Thanks Greg!

Nick and his crew were awesome. Nick came to quote the day I called him. He gave me a very fair price. And they were on site the next day. They did fantastic job removing my big dying tree, trimming pine trees and cleaning, very efficient. They are very knowledgeable,professional and fast. I had a happy experience with them. Definitely highly recommended.

We got 4 bids from well known companies and The Tree Professional won them all. My husband said that Greg is the most knowledgeable of all we met.
Most importantly, while others advised just to trim for almost the same price, Greg said right away that our huge almost 40 years old tree is sick and the way it's positioned, it will fall on the neighbors roof. That would cost a lot !

It was a hard decision to say goodbye to our tree, but so glad we did. As you can see on the pic of the cut, the trunk was very weak, hollow and rotten.. Obviously just trimming would be a huge waste of money. It would be only a matter of time for it to crack in the middle during heavy snow falls and strong wind that Nevada is famous for.
Greg has done removal of this enormous tree and trimming of all our trees in no time. He even fixed the tree of our neighbors that was scratching our freshly painted house and leaning on our backyard tree preventing growth. Interesting fact, that people next door just had some other tree company working on this tree. But didn't bother to take care of it the right way.
We're very happy with Greg's work and expertise!

Super polite and professional. Fairly big job moving a tree, removing another, pruning fruit trees, and more. Yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Couldn’t be happier. Couldn’t recommend more.

I'd like to give a review.....but they n-showed our appointment. We had a 8-10 am window, I waited until 11. Very disappointing, but I feel like we dodged a bullet. If they no-show a bid, what can we expect once we've hired them?

Sometimes there is a reason for 1 star, other times I think it is personality clashes, this case calls for a 1 star due to terrible customer service, constant negative feedback about any other company there is out there known to man, it is not professional to speak Ill of the competition! The attitude I received after informing them I was going to get 4 estimates and opinions before making a decision was absolutely shocking, and I even understand when owning a company, time is valuable so I offered to pay for their time with the estimate weather i choose their company or not and that was as though I was insulting them, I may have choose you even though your bid was 2X -three of your competitors, had you not talked so badly about everyone and copped an attitude!

Robert & Mr. Vernon did a phenomenal job at our property! Very knowledgeable, courteous, & very hard workers! Would hire them back in a heartbeat! Thank you Arbor Pros!

I had these gentleman come out for an estimate on my trees. They showed up on time and were very professional. I decided to use them and I am glad I did. These guys were great, they underbid the other Arborists that came and gave me a quote, and everyone I delt with was super nice! They cut down a huge weeping willow and cleaned up all the mess, its like it was never there! I definitely recommend them if you need tree service!

Had these gentlemen out to my house to take a look at an old tree stump and my tree. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They even explained how we would get this huge stump out of my yard. They showed up on time and picked up after themselves. It was great service and would recommend them to anyone. Arbor Pro's responds quickly and efficiently. I had to do deal with a family emergency in a state where I do not live. Chayce from Arbor Pro's came over and helped identify the issue and then immediately worked to help deal with cutting back a tree that could have had disastrous implications on the house. I appreciated both the professionalism and the "can do" attitude. It was one less thing I had to worry about in a difficult time.

I called Arbor Pros this fall to have some essential tree trimming done (defensible space, house protection from weak damaged limbs, and saving the life of the tree) in Incline.

They responded quickly to my my voice mail, set up an appointment to assess the job, set up the work appointment (on a holiday weekend to their credit!. It was not an inconvenience) , and followed through with perfection. (unlike a well-known local company).

The morning of the work Arbo Pros called to say they were on their way and would arrive within an hour. The crew were polite, respectful, and professional.

A+ .... 5 STAR

Wes came out last year and we had some work done soon there after. Wes was professional and didn't try to sell my services I didn't need. The folks who came out did their work quickly and were very helpful in answering my questions.
Wes came by again this year to check the trees and told me nothing needed to be done until next year. When I asked about cutting back some evergreen bushes, he told me it would less expensive to have a landscaper do it. I appreciate his honesty.

I called ArborPros for a tree emergency - a tree had failed at the Forest Service office in Carson City and was in imminent danger of causing severe damage not only to vehicles, but also to our fence and equipment.
