Tree reviews in Reno, Nevada

Arbor Pros have maintained the 2 fruit trees at my commercial property in Midtown Reno for years. They are exceedingly professional, knowledgable, friendly and easy to work with. Love working with a locally company. Highly recommend Austin, Daniella and the Arbor Pros team.

A great experience beginning to end. The estimator was very knowledgeable and the crew was polite, professional, and did a great job on our huge mulberry which is squeezed into a small Midtown lot. Highly recommend!

I have used Arbor Pros for at least four jobs now and they are top notch! I most recently had to use them for an emergency tree cutting on one of my trees in my backyard and they were able to come and secure the tree within 24 hours! Of course, this was critical as the tree was swaying in the wind and could have been a huge hazard if it were left as is. They completed the work within 36 hours and were prompt, thoughtful, and were able to answer all of my questions. Thank you to Austin and the team here!

Chayse and his crew helped us at Debbie Smith CTE Academy, and we are excited to see our 70-foot Sequoia tree alive for the community to see! We had an event at the school with over 600 people viewing the lights Arbor Pro's put up for us. This community event is donating many unwrapped toys and food goods to families in need! They communicate, work hard (not scared to get in the tree) and they made sure the job was done right. They are the real deal for any arbor needs.

worst service ever received and very rude from the office gal to the tree tech. we were spoken to in an unprofessional manner,, lied to, and pushed off many times. they did not want to do the job because it was not an easy removal. they did not follow thru as promised. These guys were taking out there anger on us because their boss quoted the job different than they wanted it quoted. they wasted so much great wood that the owners asked to save. the people we had should not be in service industry.

The Arboro Company has done fantastic work for me over the years. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the consistent quality of their work. Keep up the great job, Bear

Arbor Pros did an amazing job from start to finish! The team was professional, on time, and super knowledgeable. They made quick work of trimming and removing trees safely, and they cleaned everything up beautifully. Great communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Arbor Pros for any tree service—you won’t be disappointed!

I Highly Reccomend this company, I have 6 fruit trees they did wonderful job of winter pruning. I also have the State Record Rayburn Ash Tree that had a lot of dead wood, they removed the dead they could see in the dormant season and then came back in the spring and remove the rest of the dead wood. This tree is over 42 feet tall and they were able do reach all the way to the top. The tree now looks wonderful and is now a great example of Nevada's Big Tree Program.

Had arbor pro come remove a few big trees from my back year his company showed up and got straight to it. They are clean and efficient he also took care of trimming my trees back!!!. Great company glad I chose right the first time. Highly recommend for anyone needing an arborist

Arbor Pros is the real deal. Their team is professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of tree care and vegetation management. From the first walkthrough to the final cleanup, they exceeded expectations. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and treated my property off of stoker and 6th with real care and respect.

What stood out most was their expertise — they quickly identified what needed to be done, explained everything in a way that made sense, and executed the work safely and skillfully. The crew worked hard, moved fast, and left the area spotless. Pricing was fair, and the quality of work was well above what I’ve experienced with other companies.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and honest tree service, Arbor Pros is the one to call. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Arbor Pros enough! We’ve used them several times. Aside from our regular trim for our massive Norwegian Maple, we had an emergency situation when a huge branch broke and was nearing the roof. They came out immediately—no delays, no excuses—just jumped right in and took care of everything safely and professionally.

Their crew is incredible: skilled, friendly, and genuinely good people. They spent a long time up in that tree making sure everything was trimmed correctly and secured. Their pricing is very fair, especially for the quality of work they do.

Every interaction, from the people in the office to the crew on-site, has been easy and pleasant. Communication is great, everyone is personable, and the owner is fantastic: professional, honest, and truly cares about his customers.

If you need tree trimming, emergency cleanup, or just regular maintenance, Arbor Pros is the company you can trust. I’m grateful we found them and will absolutely continue using them!

I hired Alfa Tree for some removal and tree trimming. They showed up on time and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Any time I need that kind of work done I will get Alfa Tree to do it.

Bella was incredible to work with. She was there when she said she would be. The work she did for us was perfect. I would use her again in minute.

Alpha Tree has been taking care of our tree work for years. Everything from pruning new fruit trees to major removals. Their crews have always been on time, polite, reasonably priced, and above all safe. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Bella and her crew rock! They arrived on time and were kind, professional and thorough. They had my 30+ year old maple tree down in no time with the wood stacked neatly for eager family members and neighbors to haul away. The price was fair and even less than I had expected to pay. How often does that happen these days?! This company deserves 10 stars, I can't recommend them enough.

Great Job!

Did an excellent job. Cleaned up. Reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Bella has come over with her guys several times to help us with tree problems, pruning removal, etc. I recommend her highly. Honest and reliable.

I have many plants in potters near my entrance, i moved as many as possible away from the trees... i get home to 7 of my pepper plants/sunflowers either dead or seriously harmed. Your employee had the audacity to come up to me and say they tried  being careful trimming the trees. my front window camera shows a different employee dropping branches on my plants over and over again. The pots are 5lb max in weight, he could of easily moved it over if it was in the way! Now im heated! Not only did they harm my vegetables but they also lied to my face.

Very professional company, a pleasure to deal with, and excellent tree work. They gave me a fair quote, booked a date for the work to be done and then called me to move up the date when they were able. I’ve had tree work by several local companies and Alpha Tree was by far the most professional and the best to deal with. I highly recommend Alpha Tree.

Bella’s crew did a great job pruning our cherry trees and trimming up a large Ponderosa pine. They were very professional and made sure that we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend them and will use again for any future tree service needs.
