Tree reviews in Reno, Nevada

We have always been happy with the work done by American Arborists and today was no exception. Jesse and Cristi came on time and we discussed what they were going to do. They did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly. The trees look great. Very professional job. Highly recommend.

American Arborist did a fantastic job. The team of Landon, William, and Joseph were polite & professional. Communication was excellent and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Highly recommended.

Had a follow up service too. This time Jesse and Crysti worked on a Spruce tree in my backyard. They were both very professional and did a fantastic job. Another A+ for the team at American Arborist.

Thank you!

The team was awesome. Landon, Kevin, and Santo were very polite and professional. I'll be using your services again on another property, soon! Thank you!

I had 2 tress removed today by American Arborists Tree Service. Landon, Santo and Amado did an amazing job. They left the areas around the trees very neat and tidy. I highly recommend this tree company. I will be using them for any future tree projects I might have. This company is very reasonably priced and very professional.

I have used American Arborist at my business and now at my personal residence. They are excellent at what they do, knowledgeable, hard-working, dependable, and, I believe, very well priced for the amount of work that they do.
Their Arborist teams are friendly and helpful. They don’t mess around; they get the work done. Both of our properties have very mature trees that were in desperate need of pruning. Their experts also came out in a deep root fertilization and checked all of our newly planted trees around the property.
I love how thorough and trustworthy they are. Herbert Estrada is a great communicator. We are so happy and grateful to have a partnership with this local business.

Skyler, Scotty, and Crysti did a great job removing trees, stumps and trimming trees. They were professional and did a good job communicating with me. They cleaned up and left no mess. I added a last minute item and they communicated with their to coordinate to get it done. Please look no further this company does a great job from start to finish.

We had a great experience with American Arborist tree service! Our trees were trimmed like we wanted and look great. The crew - Red, Crysti, and Kevin were on time, friendly, and did excellent work- answered all our questions. Definitely will use this company again! Thanks for the great service

Employees were very respectful of property and did an amazing job! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I always turn to American Arborists when I need tree work done. I've called them out about four times. They're always on time, know what they're doing and leave the yard in much better shape. This last time, Scott and Joseph removed branches that had fallen over the winter, pruned back a lot of the trees and shrubs, and brought their wood chipper to cut
up the pieces. They did in an hour what it would take me all day. Their teams always do an excellent job. I wouldn't trust any other company.

I am very impressed with the safety, precision, and care the crew took removing a 25' pine tree from my backyard. Landon, Crysti and Red just did a wonderful job, and left the area like nothing ever happened. The tree was removed, stump ground down, and my sidewalk, driveway and street were cleaner than before they got here. I would definitely use their services again.

The man who did our estimate and the crew who did the work on all of our trees were excellent! We had 3 mature fruit trees trimmed and pruned as well as a Japanese Maple. We highly recommend them!

Scott and Riley from American Arborist came out to remove a 20-foot evergreen that was planted too close to our driveway. They were professional, efficient, and had the tree down and stump removed quickly with no hassle.
While they were working, Patricia (the arborist) stopped by to talk about replacement options. She was extremely knowledgeable and recommended several trees that would thrive in our soil and sun/wind conditions. During the consultation, she also noticed a few pruning opportunities on other trees and had the team shape the young ones for healthier future growth. Excellent service from start to finish -- highly recommend this company for their professionalism and expertise.

American arborist came to our house and gave us a very reasonable quote. We had several trees that needed cleaning up and one that we needed removed, which was a mature evergreen. Our yard is a garden, and there was lots of obstacles in the way, but they maneuvered around them and were able to trim the trees and do a fabulous job without Any damage.
We needed several trees taken care of, and they did them all flawlessly. There was a lot of fragile irrigation around in the garden and they maneuvered around it perfectly. The price was good and the work was excellent! I would highly recommend them for your job! A plus plus plus plus plus!

Jesse and Crysti at American Arborists do GREAT work. They work closely as a team and work well together. Jesse has 27 years of experience and he's very professional with his work. They were fast, efficient, and clean. You won't even be able to tell that someone pruned your trees because they left no trace. And the trees look beautiful! Thanks A.A.

This is my second time working with American Arborists. I had a tree removed this morning. Scotty, Crysti, and Joseph did an amazing job. They brought the tree down, quickly. They grinded the stump to ground level, and they were very careful to check for any water lines. I'm happy with the service. The annoying tree is gone! Thank you very much!
