Tree reviews in Reno, Nevada

Thank you all so very much for the hard work on my trees that the three gentlemen did! Landon, William, and Kevin were all very polite and professional! I will never go with any other tree service as long as these guys are there! Thank you again my yard is BEAUTIFUL!!

Landon and Crysti came over to prune my large tree in my backyard yard. They did an excellent job. My tree looks really nice. I would highly recommend them along with American Arborists.

Arborist Herbert came out to evaluate our trees and was great! He answered all of our questions, gave us tips to care for our trees and recommended services. Riley and Jeff came out to trim two trees away from our house and they we very friendly and professional, and left the yard so clean we couldn’t even tell they were there. Finally, Quentin came out to apply a treatment to some of our trees and was also very helpful and professional. We will definitely continue to use American Arborists and would highly recommend them.

The young men, Landon, William and Riley, that came on Oct. 7th were fantastic. They knew what had to be done, surveyed the area, took safety precautions and got the job done. They were very efficient and took care of clean-up as they worked. Would highly recommend American Aborists.

I couldn't say enough good things about this company and all of the crew that came out to work on a massive tree removal for several houses around me. It was done so professionally, they worked hard and fast, no damage, they cleaned up afterwards and they were very polite. I couldn't recommend them any higher and would 100% use them again without a dout.

Crew One did an excellent job. They removed a large tree and trimmed one up that badly needed it. They did some contracted small jobs. They were on time and did the work in an efficient manor. Very nice men. I appreciate them and you will, too, if you hire them.

Cristi and Jesse were absolutely Top notch!
They busted there ass all day! I would recommend a pay raise for these two great employees of ur company!! I have 11 cottonwood trees that will come down in the spring! I want those two back to do the work!

Thank you,
Gordon Beam

Jeff and Riley arrived right on time, and worked extremely fast and efficient. They took great care of my house and my neighbor’s house while taking down the tree. They also carefully removed my flag and rolled it up to keep it safe. Great work!

The crew of Landon William and Kevin did an excellent job. Very professional, safe and kept everything cleaned up. My yard looks beautiful. Thank you for the great work. I would highly recommend,

Great job, met my expectations, very efficient, cleaned up everything. Heavy duty bucket equipment for tall trees. Landon called and gave me an ETA, for him and the rest of the crew Kevin, Crysti and Amado. Will certainly use them again.

Landon and William did a great job. They were on time, polite, and hard working. They did an amazing job on my trees and they cleaned up everything before they left. I will be using American Arborists yearly to keep my trees in good condition.

Our family had an absolute blast watching the guys from this exceptionally professional and fun business remove a huge tree from our property. We felt we received above and beyond what we paid for.

They not only cut the logs into manageable sizes for firewood, they also, stacked all the logs into my side yard very neatly, asked if I wanted to keep the wood chips for filling in where the stump was, and left my yard cleaner then when they started.

Thank you, specifically, to Sean, Skyler, Red, Landon, Josh, and anybody else’s names I missed on CREW 2!

Ty was a pleasure to work with on the initial visit. And today he, Scott & Riley did an excellent job of treating our trees and removing the problem tree. The did a nice cleanup job as well. As a retired power-line contractor, I thought they worked well together as a crew.

American Arborist is fantastic, we have had them come twice for some tree and bush removal. They are efficient and professional. This time we were helped by Jesse and Crysti who were great, 10/10 would recommend.

Great people !!!(Jesse and Crystal) and they did a great job on my plum tree, in front of my house. I wish all companies was 1/2 as good. And super polite. I well be using them again soon. Thank you, Sandra

Today I had the pleasure of working with Landon, William and Kevin from American Arborists. They communicated when they were on route showing up well within the given window. They were polite and professional. I had a tree removed and four junipers pruned -- an excellent job was done, and they cleaned up all debris! Thank you!

Skyler and Red were absolutely fantastic today! They removed 3 pine trees from my front yard that have been a nuisance since I bought the home two years ago. They cleaned up better than I expected and were very kind and professional! Highly recommend this company for your tree care and removal!

Scott and Riley did a great job trimming our huge evergreen tree. They were fast and professional and assured us that the tree is healthy. We'll definitely use them again if we need this kind of service.

Jesse , Crysti and Joseph were prompt and professional
Jesse took the time to answer all of my questions and explain why certain cuts were done. Very knowledgeable and polite. They did a great job and will request them for my next trim!

Landon, William and Crysti did a great job of cutting down the tree how I wanted and cleaned everything up! Now I can make my gnome tree.

Red, Crysti, & Jesse not only did great quality work on my 35 yo trees, but they also provided phenomenal customer service. They are professional & fun to work with at the same time. I have used American Arborists 1-2x every year since 2016. I have NEVER had bad service. Ty is usually involved in the work directly or indirectly. I trust his recommendations.
