Lawn service ok but I still get a lot of sucker plant weeds popping up. I am very unhappy with the tree service portion of the service. Today a guy just showed up at the door while we were lounging in or sleep clothes, no advance notice or anything. The previous time I received a text the same day the person was to arrive. Well that didn't work as we were out all day, the gate was locked with our dog also in the yard. Please give more notice prior to showing up. Thank you

Mark was the best. Came to the door talked with me explained what he is doing. I asked for trees but they only do up 20 feet. That’s ok I have a big yard.

We've used TruGreen for about 2 years now. Large areas of our lawn are now dead. The guy came by yesterday and said it was because it needed to be aerated, and also said that our lawn was supposed to get aerated by them every 6 months. They've never done it that I know of. He also said all their outside workers quit last week, so they only have one or two do all their customers. Says something pretty negative about the management there.

Absolutely awful company. They charged us for a full year of service for the front and back yard, we wanted the back yard reseeded. That never happened. We did get a partial refund when 4 months went by and we demanded our money back. They claimed they were treating the front yard and taking care of the weeds in the front side yards. My lawn started dying in the front yard and we still have to PAY someone else to take care of the weeds in the side yards as we are under an HOA. We also were charged for a lawn aerstion that never happened. WE did the aerating and reseeding. We have demanded our money back, spoken to multiple "managers" all to no avail. We called again today after another technician came by and found out that tru green never canceled our account. The techs have spoken to my pre-teen kids about lawn treatment, and my relative, but are as to talking to the account holder? They haven't. Tru Green, I know you will read this, do not tell me to reach out via email. My husband has and it hasn't done any good. Give people their money back, cancel the accounts, apologize, and stop sending people to do work we don't want.

Thank you for your continued professionalism with my lawn care. Technician was polite and thorough with the application of chemicals. TruGreen is the best. Iam looking forward to a lush green park like lawn this summer.

I called about a plant, told them I would be there just a little before close, and showed up with 15 minutes to spare. The doors were locked already and the guy working went to the back and turned off the lights. I needed this tonight. Not cool.

Michelle spent all the time we needed help us make decisions about which plants would work in two different planting areas. She was patient and knowledgeable and friendly!

Everyone at the nursery is always very helpful and informative. I've learned my lesson and made mistakes when it comes to shopping at the big box stores; these guys will always point you in the right direction.

Just visited the Moana Nursery off Pyramid and North McCarron. Very nice store. Looking for bird seed and a bird feeder. Good selection and helpful staff answered our questions.

I love this place, its so well decorated and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Best place in town to get your punkins.

I will not be coming back to moana! We used to love moana, we spent quite a lot of money at this place! Not happy about the young Mexican lady who approached me and my father demanding we wear a face mask, and that there were some up front. She was very rude and was Very close to me. Face masks are a personal choice. I shouldn’t be denied access into a building because I have a personal choice of not wearing a mask. Rail city garden doesn’t require masks and have MUCH FRIENDLIER EMPLOYEES!!!! I suggest going there instead of moana!

Always a pleasant place. Good mix of quality plants. I always spend too much but I keep going back. Props to them for enforcing the mask rule, not everyone takes it well, but it's a good thing.

Even if you know you don't want to buy anything, you can just go around and look. They have a beautiful display of hundreds of different plants. Well-watered and taken care of. I went there just to see something GREEN instead of the monotonous light brown rocks and dried grasses. Fruiting, flowering, shading, low-light, low-water, full sun, wall-crawling, perennials, annuals, biennial, centennial. Made me want buy a plot and get to gardening just so I can buy the plants. Gorgeous sets of furniture, fountains, and grills. If they had some pecans, long-leaf pines, and scuppernong vines, then I thought I was back in Geogia. I haven't gone to everything around here, but I'd say it's definitely one of the premier nurseries in the Reno/Sparks area.

Better then going to those "box stores". Plants are all beautiful and healthy and just as affordable. Plus you get help from people who really know what they're doing. Friendly staff and great selection of not just plants, but amazing outdoor decor.

Excellent choice of plants,grasses, herbs @60%off. And a lemon tree!! The associates could use a little customer service refresher except for Christine she was awesome!

I will not be shopping at any Moana locations ever again. I spend a good amount of money at these stores every year, but no more. I was there today 05/07/20 shopping around outside. And was approached by a younger employee who started acting very aggressive and told me that I have to put on a face mask or I need to leave. Which they did offer to provide one. But even as a person with a medically diagnosed compromised immune system, I find that them requiring me to wear a face mask outdoors is ludicrous! If I don't feel the need to wear one, 99% of people out there shouldn't need to wear one. Especially when we are outside in the sunshine!! Which in the case of covid-19, it can't survive more that a matter of seconds in heat and sun light.

Great job a perpetuating needless fear and precautions Moana.

Always a good experience, the employees are very helpful and in good spirits, I went today looking for an artichoke plant and thankfully they still had a few left! A little overpriced, but worth it when they have the plants you can't find/that are sold out anywhere else!

Moana is one of my favorite nurseries in Reno. They have TONS of plans, trees, garden crops and shrubs. Their selection is great. The team is always super helpful and gives great suggestions and tips for how to manage your plants!

Wonderful plant selection. Also love the compost tea, and hummingbird nectar.

The establishment is very Wilmington and we got the best crew to help out Christina and Nancy were fabulous carry out going and helpful it’s a pleasure to shop there
