I was looking for lemon balm and rue plants and I asked two workers that were together at the same time and they said somewhere over there because we don’t know where they are. Last time I’m coming to this store ifif that’s the kind of help you get. I was also planning on getting the metal goat art along with a metal mushroom art so much for that.

Nancy and her team were great. They did an awesome job helping me select the best fruit tree along with the correct fertilizer. They were very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. I would highly recommend :)

I love the variety of plants we've found here. As a nursery, they know plants, our climate and they have some unique finds! We have bought most of the plants in our yard from them. They're hardy and do well. We shop both Reno and Sparks stores. The hardscape products in Reno offer a lot of variety and they're open 7 days a week. As DIY yard people we appreciate that! The staff is always helpful if you have questions. Bring photos of the spaces, they can suggest plants that will do well. Our experience has been fantastic. Love our yard more each year.

Amazing plant selection! I think I spent an hour in here. They truly have everything and they even have services to businesses to maintain plants and replace them if needed. This business is amazing

I had a wonderful experience at Moana Nursery on Pyramid Way in Sparks! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire visit enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with their fall selection—got a great deal on pumpkins! The nursery has a wide variety of plants and garden supplies, and the team is always ready to offer helpful advice. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for quality plants and great customer service!

1st time customer. This place has a crazy amount of plants. Christmas stuff for indoors and out. Get your Halloween pumpkins here. The customer service was excellent. I will surely go back.

This place is terrible! Customer service the worst! No consideration for your neighborhood. Disruption without notice. How about I find out where you live and host a loud large party without notice. Unacceptable! I'm stuck in my house all day because of your inconsiderate actions. Don't shop here! Don't encourage their terrible behavior. I'll never shop here again and anybody I come in contact with will do that same

Reasonably priced, and professionally managed; Moana is one my favourite plant shops in the Reno/Sparks area. They have a variety of plants, so there’s definitely something for everyone. Moreover, their prices are affordable & reasonable compared to other stores. Recommend you to come here to buy gifts, satisfy your plant cravings, or just to hangout & relax

I ordered a flower bouquet online to be delivered to a friend in hospital. She never receive it though I the shipping notification said it was delivered. I contacted Moana nursery to express my disappointment and Sondra, the retail manager responded immediately and re-send another bouquet (with extra flowers) to my friend’s house! The bouquet was beautiful and cheered up my friend who is going through a hard time. Thanks Sondra for going above and beyond to make it right. Your customer service level is impeccable! I highly recommend supporting this nursery!

I came here with no clue what kinds of plants to get but a 40x2ft planter to fill. All I knew was I wanted something with flowers and that smelled good. All the staff there were wonderful and so willing to help! They walked me through determining full sun vs partial sun, how much area the plant will cover, whether they grew up or out and even gave opinions on their favorites. After I filled a cart with about 20 different flowers and vines Tim from checkout helped me fit everything in my car! Wonderful experience, wonderful people and quality plants and a great price

In the spring, it's a great place to rescue viable plants for a good price.

As always just tons of boxes all over where you can't even push your cart to the end of the aisle. Just a cluster mess. Things all over the place.

Nice garden selection, well laid out, and pretty helpful employees for a Walmart. Overall not bad.

We were shopping for a greenhouse. We had been to the website for the greenhouse they had, watched all of the videos, and we knew what size and which options we wanted. Only "Paul" could answer our questions for us and he was out collecting the black lab dog that keeps running away. (Your dog keeps running away? Repeatedly? Not exactly an example of responsible pet ownership, yet I digress). Paul came back with said dog and we sat down with him at his station. He proceeded to tell us what we needed and not hear what we wanted. He could not find the prices of any of the options that existed that we wanted. He had a woman make up a quote for us, yet the quote did not reflect what we had asked for as far as options were concerned. We said wanted to set it up ourselves (might take 2 people about 3 hours), yet a $500 set up and delivery was added for a product manufactured 10 miles from the store and our house. He told us "you don't need those options" and "you don't need a greenhouse that big." He did not make eye contact with me once and would only answer questions from my husband; I did not exist to him. The female workers were extremely subservient to this man; it was very awkward and a tad creepy. We will never go back there for any reason.

Got a yard of soil today. The girls up at the front count were nice. But when I got my soil the loader operator was very rude. I don't think it was a full yard. I only got 6 wheel bail loads.
I'm driving to truckee for full circle product's. Their so much nicer. Rail city....bad.

Decent garden store and selection. Stihl website says that they sell gas powered garden tools… They don’t, they only sell battery powered silliness like it’s a political statement! Why even carry the brand?…

Nobody knows where all those lithium batteries are gonna end up.

Yard work is so much better when you annoy your neighbors a little with 2 strokes noise makers…
