Corey w/ Pest Barrier Pros is the absolute best. He has been so helpful and courteous. He was our pest technician before he opened his own business, I appreciated him then and adore him and his work even more now that it’s his own family business. He treats his clients like extended family.

I first met Corey when he worked for another widely-known pest-control company that I had been with for many years. Although they had a very high turnover rate of employees, Corey was, by far, one of the best who'd ever been assigned to service my property. Last spring, I was inundated by thousands of ants in my kitchen. I called the company's 800 number to get immediate help. I was told that Corey was no longer with the company, and that "an area manager would call me soon. However, it would probably be several days before anyone could come out". After battling ants and waiting for the manager to call back for three days (and never did), I had finally had enough. I found out from a neighbor that Corey had started his own company. I called him and he immediately came to the house and solved the problem. I have been a happy customer of Pest Barrier Pros ever since!

I previously had a yearly contract with a major pest control company and Corey was my technician for several years. He was excellent, always informed me of when he would arrive, listened and attended to any of may concerns and followed up with me when he was finished. When he was no longer working for them I had a new person who did an unsatisfactory job and was much less reliable than Corey. I was very pleased when I found out Corey has started his own business and am happy to be one of his customers again!

I've been in the Real Estate business for many years I have worked with many pest inspectors. The pest inspector that I had been using for years retired and I have been looking for a replacement. I tried a couple of different companies and was not pleased with them. Their lack of expertise and just plain laziness. I was referred by a Realtor friend of mine to Pest Barrier Pros LLC. I am delighted to say that My husband and I found Corey to be extremely knowledgeable, competent and efficient. We feel he is priced fairly, and has really gone above and beyond for us. I highly recommend him.

Corey is always very communicative with when he is going to be out for our service. He always goes above and beyond to look at everything and provide recommendations if he sees something that could help keep pests away. Corey is very punctual and efficient when onsite. Corey is amazing! I have a large property with livestock and over the years we have had problems with mice, rats and spiders. But no more since I found Corey! He is the only one I trust. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is friendly and doesn't try to upsell you on things you dont need. I would recommend him to anyone!!! Thank you Corey for handling all my pest problems!!!

Other pest companies would not crawl under my home. Corey immediately crawled under and removed several dead mice. He also took the time to seal an opening behind my HVAC in the garage that was allowing pests to enter the crawl space. Reasonably priced and thorough. I highly recommend.

I wish I could have clicked on ALL the values for what I liked about this business. I will say, the product we got works wonderfully and the team kept their word and made sure we got what we needed. The office is amazing in their attention to detail and the guys are good at their jobs. I waited until I could verify that the finances they helped me find worked out as well before issuing this commendation - and they all passed with flying colors.

I had an emergency with my gas meter locked in the off position by Nevada Energy due to a gas leak beneath the house. I called Desert Air just before closing time, explained my dilemma and the very nice Lady said help is on the way. The tech was at my home in minutes and had the leaking gas pipe beneath the house repaired/replaced in record time.
Desert Air llc is a company that is well organized, managed, and with wonderful talented employees.
A note for contractors doing work in crawl spaces: Do not use “black pipe” for grab bars! Whoever you are, you almost caused a gas explosion!

My air flow is weak and not able to cool down my house.

I have them to come help the issue. They are nice and check attic to check there is not thing bad.

After all, they said my air filter which I used same kind for 13 years is the issue. I check to a lower filter. They air flow is a little better than it was but still not cooling down the house. I give it a try for almost a month since 7/15/2021. It took 4 hours not even cool one degree at evening. I have to shut down my air condition in case it will burn out.

I didnt see this response at time. I still just give up to use my air conditioning for three years I will find someone else this year to see if they can fix this issue and update here.

I originally had them come to my place to light an oil furnace in my rental. I was quoted at $140 per hour which I felt was fair. Technician came out and found that the blower motor was not functioning and will need to be replaced. Let him know it was a rental and I would not be paying for the replacement so he buttoned it up and left. He got there at 11:58am and was gone by 1 at the absolute latest. I get a call from their dispatch to pay the invoice and to my surprise it is $210. I asked what they were charging for and they said diagnostic on the broken heater. I asked where the extra $70 came from and they said "Drive time from one job to the next". I was completely shocked as I had never heard of this before. I thought "maybe hvac charges this" so I called Lincoln Heating and Air and they were just as shocked as I was to hear that someone is charging for drive time!! Definitely will never be using them for any hvac needs. They are absurd to charge a drive time fee at full hourly rates. He only drove 15 min to get to my rental so I guess I'm paying for him to go to the next job as well? Outright ridiculous.

Tony & Greg: amazing! Was only here to clean ducts and went above and beyond and even tightened my front door that was beginning to drag on the floor and fixed a leak.

AC unit went out right when the heat arrived. Called Desert Air and they were able to fit me in faster than other places. They were prompt, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and were cost friendly. I will recommend them to family and friends.

Desert Air is simply the best! Thank you to all who helped us get this furnace, water heater, A/C, and circulation pump installed!

I use desert air on a weekly basis. I am a broker/property manager and they are always performing at top notch.
1. Office staff is friendly,courteous and very helpful.
2. The techs who call me personally for details and information,options on repairs is a must for guys like me.
Extra note: since we live in a non perfect world, whenever I have had minor issues or extra questions they help resolve it asap and make sure im happy.

I had them come out and fix my backyard facuet. They showed up on time were very friendly. Joe let me know what they would have to do and the cost. Once I approved they went right to work and they were very clean. Butch and Joe are great customer service!

Our heating unit was running with no hot air coming out. As it was the first time for heat this season we assumed it was the pilot light out. Desert Air, now Goettl sent a technician Anthony Anderson out within 24 hours and he arrived on time. He carefully checked the unit which was hot. He photographed the various parts and showed a crack in the heat exchanger system. Unfortunately we then had to turn things over to the Home Insurance so the future is uncertain. Wish we could continue with such a knowledgeable and careful team at Goettl.

The owner and some of the coworkers/supervisors are very disrespectful. They treat their employees badly and talks down to them. They don't appreciate the work that some of the employees do. They let some of their technicians work on things without being certified which is illegal. If I needed any heating or air conditioning work done I definitely would call someone else. My opinion is if they treat their staff like that I can just imagine how they treat their customers.

Last week I called Desert Air LLC about my furnace, because it's pretty old. I think I have about two more seasons and that's about it. I wanted to save some money. I'm writing because I wanted to compliment the young lady that answered the phone. It was so refreshing to speak to a costumer service person who so polite and respectful. I did ask a lot of questions and she was very patient, I think her was Jasmine but I'm not sure. She was great ! I'll check in with you guys next season.

Very happy with the service I received after being told my furnace was leaking carbon dioxide from another company. To get another opinion they were able to come the next morning and inspect and clean and said nothing is wrong with my unit. Good and honest people running this company. I will continue using this company for future services.
