Tim with Freshen Your Nest did a great job! We just moved into our new house and even with boxes around he was able to get it clean. I really appreciated his attention to detail and am looking forward to our regular cleaning services.

I used freshen your nest for some spring cleaning that I didn’t have the time to do with an upcoming wedding! Rita and her team were great. I loved the fact that they use pet friendly and organic products. The girls came on time and did a great job cleaning! My house smells and looks so great! Definitely recommend them!

From initial contact with Rita, through receipt of the very thorough questionnaire, to the email with tips to prepare for my deep clean - i have seldom encountered such organization and professionalism in a service provider. On cleaning day i had the privilege to meet Rita, Brittany, Julio, Tania, and Dave - all of whom were personable, respectful, and worked their buns off to make my home cleaner than it has EVER been. I had a move in cleaning done and over all we were thrilled with the work they did! But upon moving in we slowly noticed spots that were not touched, sticky substances in kitchen drawers and cabinets, caked on dust in-between the posts on the banister. This was clearly not touched at all. I am really wondering what else hadn’t been touched but it isn’t easily seen by the eye. This service brought peace of mind overall, but there are some surfaces I was skeptical to touch until I recleaned it based on very clear and easily accessible spots that were not cleaned. I would book and recommended, but only if I were present for the final walk through. For the price I am a little disappointed

We have been using the services of Freshen Your Nest since 2018. Rachel is very dependable, always arrives on time and does an excellent job. She is very pleasant and courteous. I have great trust in her. The company is also very accommodating if for some reason you need an adjustment in schedule. I would highly recommend this business and their services.

We had them do a deep cleaning to start, now we use them every other week for kitchen and bath. It is a treat not to have to clean up after my family of 6. It is so worth it.

The team that came to the house was excellent. They were professional and did a fantastic job. We had the Super Deluxe clean, and it was worth every penny. My husband and I marveled for 10 minutes as we walked around noticing all the work they did. The team had a superb attention to detail. All the picture frames & Knick-knacks were moved for cleaning but put back precisely in the correct spot. The tracks on the carpet even had a pattern. The extra attention to details made me feel like I was staying in a fancy hotel. The house even had a clean, citrusy smell that lifted my spirits after a stressful week. The house looks beautiful and I am thrilled to hire this company.

Kaylin did a great job cleaning our home. She was careful and efficient. Everything was clean and fresh when she was finished. An extra added bonus was how kind she was to our cat. 🐈‍⬛ He is a friendly guy and she worked well with that. Thanks Kaylin!

My service was AMAZING, right from the beginning stages dealing with the owner Ms. Rita. I want to thank the four young ladies (Ashly, Jessica, Katelynn and Katie) for a job well done. Jessica have my laundry room looking brand new and Ashly was super helpful and informative. We had great conversations while they did great work cleaning. Freshen Your Nest was recommended to me by my realtor who uses them to clean her house. I needed a move out deep clean of my condo before putting it on the market. Four technicians (Brittany, Dave, Kaylin and Jordan) showed up within the time frame given as well as a supervisor, who went over all my expectations and concerns. When I returned as they finished, Brittany took me through everything to make sure I was satisfied. All 4 technicians were friendly and communicative and non-judgemental. This was important to me as I have never used a professional cleaning service before. The office staff is also very thorough from scheduling to follow up. This was our first time using Freshen Your Nest. We had a 3 hour Budget Priority cleaning and it was really great. The cleaner, Christy, did an excellent job explaining how she would approach our time and she accomplished a lot! We were also given an extra half hour at no charge to get to everything on our list. We’ve set up recurring biweekly service as a result

The two women who came were professional, kind and worked non stop. They checked in with me to make sure they were doing things just as I wanted them. Freshen Your Nest gave me the flexibility to make a “task list” of things I needed to have done after an injury. This allows me to clean things that I am able to and they do the items on the list. I was able to get some tougher items done because of their flexibility. The next time they come the list will be different. I am using them again because I was VERY pleased with the results and the ability to get some “different/extra” tasks cleaned each time they come.
