This company does not use common sense or common courtesy. They have used leaf blowers twice in the last week for snow removal on my residential street in the middle of the night. These are light snows (maybe an inch and 2-3 inches). My neighbor spoke with the owner as it happened, to ask that they not do this. She took video of the conversation, and the owner of the company was rude. He said that because they are emergency snow removal, the noise ordinance law doesn't apply to them - he doesn't see any reason why they shouldn't be allowed to use FOUR LEAF BLOWERS at 1:30 in the morning! At this least time it wasn't 3 am.

Destroyed all my vegetable plants and will not get back to me in regards to this issue after calling 50 times and leaving voicemails and emails . HORRIBLY STUPID

If I could give 10 stars I would. Jamie and his team are absolutely wonderful they go above and beyond!! Also behind the scenes Melanie keeps things in the office on track. Communication, fantastic work ethic and care and are hard to find these days but I found it here with Ground Troops!!

This company has done exceptional work for our family. The worker Angel is the sweetest and most compassionate guy as well. So nice! Quality work! I love Ground Troops!!!!!

The workers pull your furniture out and than leave everything in the middle of your patio. They even broke our grill from throwing it. Called their main office to file a complaint and they told me oh well its my opinion lol very unprofessional business

Ground Troops handled our permeable pavers installation in Philadelphia. They were super easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our project work in our timeline and budget. They were quick, efficient, and careful, and our patio looks absolutely fantastic. Thank you for your great work!

We recently used Ground Troops to redo our patio, with support from Philly's Raincheck program. The Ground Troops team depaved and replaced the drab concrete with permeable brick and a strip of pet turf for our pups. They were friendly, efficient and very detail oriented in their work. Highly recommend!

Great response, awesome service. If you are looking for a landscaper, go with a company that has the ability to do everything the right way, when you need it done. Marksman meets that expectation!

Shame on them. A person with time could have done the job better. Amatuer work at expert prices. We should put signage up saying whose work this is and the price so they know who not to call

After we spent over and hour getting an estimate done, they never returned our calls for over two weeks to have the work done. Don't waste your time.

The Marksmen crew did a great job yesterday with trimming my shrubs and blue spruce. Good cleanup and neat job.

Did some great work in my yard. Cleared out years of old debris and continues to maintain the lawn weekly. Quite affordable.

Use at your own risk the customer service is the worst they pick the jobs that they want to do. If you have a small project they will decline to do the work. There prices are over priced and the flowers and plants look like they got them from Home Depot. STAY AWAY

Always on time with a quality job. We had our lawn cut the last 2 summers as well as per season mulching and just started the 7 step weed and feed program. Very happy.

Avoid this place at all costs!! They provided me a quote for specific work, had me completely removed all landscape brick and then showed up with no desire to stand by their quote! The invoice for work to be done was as clear as can be and they failed to honor their own written quote. Avoid this company and their shady tactics!!
