Customer Service sucks! The lawn cutters made ruts they refused to fix the issue. So we said we will not pay until fixed. Marksmen said they will not fix it and canceled our properties. They will never have our business again!

I live in apt complex with small patch of grass outside our door and around the back outside our bedroom. When cleaning up afterwards, the lawn crew pays no attention to where they point their leaf blowers. They blow dirt into our apts through our open windows. Several complaints to Marksman have gotten no response. I even get ignored by the crew leader on site when confronted.

I have been so pleased with all the work Marksmen has done for me. They are thorough and very neat which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend Marksmen!

Our lawn is absolutely gorgeous, it looks like a golf course. No weeds beautiful color. We have used a few other landscapers in the past and it always looked awful. They use quality products and do such a great job, even with the mowing, I would recommend them highly.

I can not even begin to communicate well enough why you MUST NOT use this company. Everything from the work that was done to the poor communication to how rude the inside person is. Please do yourself a favor and pass on this company. The customer is always wrong in their eyes. If you need a company that will back up their work no matter what DO NOT use Marksmen. The are so far off the bullseye its unreal. What a waste of thousands of dollars.

Always friendly, professional, timely service from this company. We needed an emergent restart of services. They responded quickly, tackled the restart, and maintained their good work beyond that. Highly recommended.

Had flower beds cleaned out and mulched. Crew did excellent work and the price was reasonable. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Marksmen for this job, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Used Marksman for the first time for my sprinkler start up. The gentleman they sent was very friendly and courteous would highly recommend their service.

Please avoid this company for landscaping at all costs. They do landscaping for a development I recently moved out of, and they could never deliver on the simple tasks while causing damage to properties in the process. They rarely cut my lawn at even lengths. They left trash on the curbs after they left. They broke my gate handle and denied doing so. They also ran over my Christmas laser projector while collecting leaves 2 years ago. Terribly ran company.

If you are looking for a landscaper,  I would look elswhere. This company is unreliable, misleading, and unprofessional.

We purchased a few cypress trees from MARKSMEN who also planted them in our backyard in April 2020. Approximately 4 weeks later, the trees began to turn brown and eventually ended up dying. MARKSMEN was not very helpful, gave poor advice and never accepted responsibility for the trees dying.  After meeting with us regarding this issue, they ultimately would not respond to our emails or phone calls.

At the end of September 2020 we had the dead trees removed by another landscaper and they showed us why the trees died—MARKSMEN never removed the mesh wrap and metal wiring from the root-ball of the trees!  This was a very frustrating experience, especially because they were not very willing to rectify the situation.

Save yourself time and money, do your research on the company you hire, and read all reviews before making your landscaper selection. Hope this feedback helps someone from encountering a similar situation.

I’m going to cancel my service completely. Between the absolute rude behavior I received on the phone all the way to them not communicating what day I’m put on the schedule to being charged full price for a job half done. I have NEVER been treated so poorly especially being a new customer. Because I had my gate locked they did not cut my backyard. Still charging me full price and no one called me to tell me to have it unlocked on mondays. No one knocked on my door as a courtesy to ask me to unlock my gate. This is one of the most unprofessional company’s I have had the displeasure to work with! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Marksmen is by far the best landscaping company in the area. Efficent, respectable and extremely friendly. I'm literally mind boggled that anyone can say a bad thing about them. They've cut my lawn for years, planted my garden, redid pavers and never had an issue. Even to my animals they showed respect. One job they did that took multiple days to complete, they came and gave my dog and my cats treats everyday. Best company around.

Marksmen has been my landscaper for several years. I have used their services for both weekly lawn cutting along with their landscaping services, mulching, pruning, spring cleanup, landscape repairs, etc. I have been so happy with their work. They are professional, efficient, clean and dependable. I highly recommend Marksmen Landscaping for all your landscaping needs. You won't be disappointed!

Had a great experience with Marksman. Owner Anthony was very professional and friendly. He Supervised the work on my property. Landscapers did an outstanding job making my gardens “pop.” My wife and I were truly impressed. Took out all weeds, mulched and soiled. Cleaned up very nicely. Would highly recommend and will utilize next time.

When I contacted Marksmen for an estimate for landscaping on the side of my townhouse, they came out right away. Ryan was very honest and gave me some ideas of what could be done with my landscaping. The price was reasonable. Once they came out to do the job, it was completed and Ryan stayed around to make sure that I was satisfied.

As a matter of fact, I am using them to change the landscaping at the front of my property.

I would recommend using Marksmen for all landscaping needs.

I use Marksmen for our community lawn service every year. They also handle our snow removal service. Marksmen is a hard working group of employees. They follow the schedule for weekly lawn care, and do a great job removing snow when required, no matter what time of day or night. Two thumbs up!

I needed some upgrading to our already existing landscaping...sort of like a facelift. Called, made an appointment for an estimate, Ryan came out told him what I wanted and gave me a very reasonable price. Didn't need the work done until end of April, beginning of May, but they were able to schedule me earlier. The crew arrived, with Walt and Chris, and they went over again as to what I wanted just to make sure they were removing the correct bushes! Had the job done in a matter of hours. Looks like a totally different house. They were respectful to our property, receptive to my suggestions and cleaned up any debris. Did a nice job of leaf cleanup too! Thank you.

We've had to have several trees trimmed &/or removed that were leaning way too close to the roof of our sunroom. The crew was great, did a wonderful job & the best part was how well they cleaned up! Thanks guys!!

After having a poor experience with a different local landscaping service I decided to switch to Marksmen. Since I made the switch I have been very pleased with both the quality and efficiency of the work. All of the staff that I have interacted with thus far have been very professional and pleasant. They are very responsive to inquires and have excellent communication I have had estimates done for lawn cutting and landscaping projects and their prices are fair and the quality of the work has been outstanding.
