National Restoration was wonderful during the recent clean up of my home after a fire. They were very respectful and did a thorough cleaning. Afterwards there was little evidence my home had smoke damage. They went the extra mile - changing light bulbs and raking my leaves. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

National Restoration cleaned up water damage in my basement on Christmas Eve. I was so grateful that they came out quickly on a day when many businesses are closed. When they arrived and saw the extend of the damage, they called in additional resources and equipment. Everyone was respectful, professional and kept me informed on what they were doing and why. Their cleanup was complete, garbage hauled away and fans and dehumidifiers left in place to dry up the moisture. I highly recommend them, especially for an emergency.

Mark & John were great! The crew that came to dry out the water damage were professional & worked diligently. I would use National Restoration again if the need arose.

John Marroni has been so kind and helpful. We had a fire in a commercial building and since John came on board We have had no worries. He has helped in ways I wasn’t sure if I should ask him to. Mark and his crew came out to my house within an hour of coming home to a disaster. The plumber I called told me to call them because of the extensive damage. I’m glad I did. They were quick, skilled and courteous.

National restoration was a wonderful company to work with. They came out to remediate water damage in a Sunday, worked with our insurance company to get us the full amount for our loss, and worked quickly and effectively to restore our home. I highly recommend them.

Nobody wants to have to deal with a flooded house at any time, especially when your insurance does not cover it like my situation turned out to be. National Restoration was extremely responsive and communicative with me throughout the entire process. They showed up the same day on a Sunday after I called about my basement flooding. Prices were discussed in great detail, whether paying out of pocket or going through the insurance company before I agreed to anything. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Maurice as a handyman. He helped install a sliding door to my deck, was accommodating, flexible, knowledgeable, and thorough. I didn’t feel like he was rushing (a huge pet peeve of mine) A+!

My basement was flooded on Christmas morning from a sub pump failure and i was totally lost on what to do or who to call. I came in contact with Rich who gave me plenty of suggestions before even mentioning to that he worked for a restoration company. I was very hesitant because of my lack of knowledge but he made me feel comfortable. In about two hours, Mark, my main contact, came to my house and accessed the damage and his crew was there in the next hour or so. They worked on clearing my basement out for 5 hours. They did a lot of work

After the work was done we had a few conversations back and forth because of other things out of our controls.

The team at National Restoration was top notch. We had a sewage back up at the facility I work at which affected the bathroom and eating area for our employees. As soon as the owner John recognized the impact the issue was having on our employees he brought together resources after hours to have the issue resolved. When the team left the area was fully sanitized and looked better then I had ever seen. Top notch company all around. Highly recommend.

A team was immediately sent to remove the damaged plaster wall and hardwood floor. Restoration was done by a true professional, John, who did beautiful work. We truly recommend National Restoration. They make a frustrating situation so much easier to deal with thanks to their professionalism and knowledge. Plus, they’re just really nice people!
