They cancelled my install twice , very unprofessional

This company will absolutely never return a phone call or answer any calls. I've literally tried for weeks.

The service I received from this company was horrible...i had to wait 30 days for an appointment and once the day of my appointment arrived..they never showed up and I had to get home depot to contact them on my behalf because they wouldn't return my call...when I finally talked to the representative there he never apologized... instead offered me another appointment 30 more days away...after I explained my situation..he still never apologized or showed any regard for my situation or the inconvenience.

I had a similar experience to Karena. I ordered a home depot product, not only did they not show up on their first arranged day. They did not show up on the second and were completely unapologetic. Terrible service and unreliable.

Home Depot how are you giving these guys business? They have no interest in actually doing the work. They refuse to call back about installing a storm door. Waiting over a month and I call them a few times a week. No one ever picks up.

We ordered our door on 4/6/19.
They came out and apparently measured incorrectly. When they went to pick up the door the first time they storm door was too high and we had to rescheduled. Then they were supposed to come another day, call me at 8am they were not able to come and needed to reschedule.

My husband and I missed each 2 days of work for this.

Please avoid them at all cost!!

This company was sub contracted through Home Depot to install interior doors at my property, horrible work. The first time they were scheduled to come out they didn’t show and later called to reschedule, second appointment they showed only to do some very unprofessional work. I probably could’ve taken a shot at doing the installation myself.

Contracted for a storm door installation through Home Depot. This company is extremely unprofessional. Had my storm door installation rescheduled 5-6 times, was notified either day of or an hour before scheduled installation time. Took over three months for installation. Had to escalate to the district manager of Home Depot for Madison to finally send someone out to install. Day of installation they arrive, there isn't immediate parking on my street so installer goes to look for parking, spot opens up on my street five minutes later, I repeatedly call installer to let him know. Installer put door in my living room and left, did not return, did not tell me he was leaving. Repeatedly called Madison to see if anyone was coming back to install the door and no one would return my call.

Incredibly unprofessional business practices. Avoid at all costs.

A ONCE DARK AND SCARY LOOKING ATTIC IS NOW A BEAUTIFUL ROOM. ALL THE WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN WHEN I FIND ANOTHER PROJECT.

Sales rep came out to give me a price for a new deck. He was super knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions I had, and even was able to give me a great price. The team came and built the deck and it came out great. Team was professional, respectful, and completed the job with no issues or delays. 10/10 will be calling them for my next project.

Michael has done a few projects for us. He is the Only contractor we will use. His work is outstanding!!! His work area is clean, he is efficient, always professional. If Michael is busy we simply wait. My husband is particularly and is always beyond thrilled with everything Michael has done for us!!!!
