I was very thankful to have National Restoration by my side after my basement flooded during a torrential rainstorm this past weekend- Saturday 3/23/24.I had phoned 2 other companies prior to connecting with them and they were the only company willing to provide help and treatment the “same day”. Everyone I happened to touch base with were kind, professional, knowledgeable and efficient from my initial contact with Gordon, and then Frank, who managed the cleanup, along with the crew who were here on Saturday night – Marty and Bella -who worked for many hours to extract the basement water and set up the fans, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers. Each day, Frank checked in with me to make sure everything was in working order. They are also helping me to provide information for an insurance claim. I was very grateful to have this company provide help and support to me during this stressful time and would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

They were the only company I could get to answer the phone on the day of our backup …. they had people out immediately to clean it up … and the quality of their work and workers was excellent for both the cleanup and rebuild. Scott on the clean-up and Ariana, on the re-build were both awesome points of contact and project managers. Very highly recommended!

National Restoration came out to help with a massive water leak. The manager Joe and his crew were quick & efficient. They helped me with my insurance company and explained the process to me step by step. They even came out on a Saturday to get my floors dried out. I would definitely contact them again in an emergency.

We had water leak into our Rec Room and cause our rugs to be saturated and in need of drying out and cleaning.
National sent out a crew of two, Andrew and Tim to provide us with a process of checking the rugs, the walls (where there is insulation that could have been damaged.
Andrew and Tim were professional and diligent in their work ethic with a positive attitude throughout the process. They kept me informed as to what steps were taken from start to finish.

Keith and Kyle were awsome. My fish tank overflowed. Tons of water damage. They worked with my insurance company. They came out quick and dried out my house. My carpet, part of my living room wall had to go and part of my basement ceiling drywall. They were so helpful and professional. I would recommend them any time.

I was remodeling a house with excess smoke and cat urine. John and his team came in and cleaned all the vents and did Ozone treatment. I was very impressed with the results. They provided excellent service for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I had a water pipe burst in my home. The water flooded out 6 rooms. The fire company called them and they were at my house in record time. They calmed me down and told me what they were going to do. They took out the carpet and linoleum. They put in the fans and other equipment to take care of the mold. They were with me every step of the way and even helped me with the home insurance company. Their employees were very nice and very helpful . I appreciate everything that they did. I want to thank them because I did not know what to do.

My basement had water due to washer malfunction while I was away. National restoration team was very prompt in responding calls and visiting the site. Team reached within few mins of my call. Fantastic work done by Julia, Juan & Tim. All the work was carried on smoothly. It was like one stop shop. Julia was also very prompt in answering calls & explaining the whole process. I am so grateful for the services provided by National Restoration. When I called them in the late afternoon on a Friday because there was a leak from the upstairs condo. The project manager Julia was at my place within the hour. She assessed the situation and called in Tim and Drew who set up more equipment than I thought could possibly fit in my bedroom. Throughout the week they continued to keep in contact with me coming out several times to check the progress. (That was Keith and Rob). Everyone I spoke with was kind and considerate. They explained things clearly and treated my home and belongings carefully. Working with them took a little bit of the stress of an extremely stressful situation. Highly recommend.

I would never hire this company again! We hired on 2/1/23 and signed a contract to repair roof damage. We have had multiple leaks in the same spot since we hired them. They failed and did an ineffective job. On 1/9/24 we had water leaking from the same exact area hired to repair in roof, it had only been 11 months since hired for the initial repair, see photos. We requested corrections for the roof to the owner, Mr. John Marroni however refused. They did a terrible job and we spent thousands of dollars and they didn't do it correctly. Have to hire a new roofer and mitigation services within less than a year of repair.

My sewer pipe had a few holes and basically sewage leaked effecting my basement and garage! Tom came out to clean up the whole mess. Mac were amazing. They were there in less than an hour. Set up fans and dehumidifiers and tested walls and floor for water, then they came back and replaced floors, walls, carpet and were very professional. I left them alone in my home sometimes, trustworthy. They moved contents for me and were super helpful. Great job Blck Mold Removal!
