When I bought my house, the dryer duct was damaged and needed to be replaced. Neo had one of their guys, Mike, come out for the original quote and he was thorough and explained the job in detail. The quote write up was quick and transparent and painless.

Mike and his team (Chris and Jesus) returned to fix the duct and did a great job. They were polite, careful, and tidy and I’m very happy with their work. I no longer fear my house going up in flames from a lint fire!

Fantastic service; they were communicative, punctual, and professional. I need my vents/ducts for the dryer cleaned. While doing their inspection / cleaning, they went above and beyond, as they noticed the exhaust outlets had an inappropriate screen (that caused the lint to build up) so they immediately offered to change it for the correct screen. The cleaning was prompt and efficient. Would definitely recommend and will be using their services again in the future.

Mike and Dylan did a wonderful job servicing our home. We had been using a different company for a few years that was supposedly cleaning our vents. I was shocked to see how much had not been cleaned. We had tons of lint and moisture built up.
