Replaced entire inside and outside heating and air conditioning units, installed new pipe work, condenser, etc. Have been a customer for years and will only ever use ThermAyre for all of my HVAC air and heating needs. The best around.

I had a very minor issue with the initial heater yearly maintenance but after speaking with Mike he sent out a second tech, (Chris) who identified the problem and corrected it immediately. You have to applaud a company when they stand behind their work like Mike does. I have been using Thermayre for a few years now and have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so.

7-17-2024 Place a call to Mike this morning about our air conditioning not blowing cold air. In about an hour Chris was at our door and in less than an hour he had rectified the problem. Can’t ask for much better service than that!

We highly recommend Therm Ayre Co. to anyone looking for responsive, professional, and quality HVAC specialists. After calling last night regarding an issue we just noticed; Mike reached out and scheduled Jermaine to come out today. Jermaine identified and corrected the issue quickly. While he was here, he completed our bi-annual maintenance(it was not scheduled when we called). All of this was done with no additional weekend or emergency fee! Jermaine is extremely knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and why, and was very clean and respectful of our home.
