FRAUDULENT BUSINESS

1) Didn’t show up with in there 2 hour window so I had to call my parents to pick up kids from school
2) They didn’t show up at all!!! So my father left his work early + I waisted my whole day of work!
3) The came the other day - and this was a NIGHTMARE!
- no shoe covers: they latterly dragged mug through my entire place!!!
- bill end been from $399 to $950!!! And believe me - I been asking questions on the phone!!!!
- the worst WORST PART - after my husband came home and checked there work there tons and tons of dust in our main ducts!!!
It’s still there! I am cancelling my check and getting other people to service my ductwork!!

By the way - I checked with building where supposed to be located, there no such a company and never been at this location.

Your Duct Guy did an amazing job cleaning our heat/AC ducts and vents. They used a self contained vacuum unit so it was not invasive, washed each vent, and even wore shoe covers to protect our floors. The house smells wonderful! I highly recommend them!

The Duct guy came to service my furnace in the middle of a frigid time when there was great demand for his services… he got the furnace working then returned very soon to replace the unit and took care of related issues. Very responsive and excellent service highly recommend

The team was on time, professional and answered all my questions. They even wore bootys to keep my floor clean. I also noticed that due to snow, they had a hard time getting close to my curb so they shoveled.
