Therm Ayre is top notch. The technician was punctual, courteous, professional and exceeded expectations (as usual). I called and they responded right away. Less than an hour and our heat was back on and running. Beyond pleased and will definitely continue to use them for future services.

These guys are great!! I had an issue with my AC on Father’s Day Sunday and they were out by 8am the next day and I am back to cool with extra cost for “emergency service” They also helped me navigate getting a Energy Incentive with PSE &G. I am a property mgr as my profession and deal with MANY contractors- for HVAC, you’re not going to find better! My technician Jermaine was AWESOME, friendly, professional, along with the owner Mike that kept me up to speed with everything happening. I could not be happier Beth Barnett, Cherry Hill NJ

My experience with Therm Ayre was outstanding.

Chris completed a diagnostic for our apartment's HVAC system when it stopped blowing cold air. After diagnosing the problem, Mike was able to track down the correct Evaporator Coil which was under warranty and have it shipped in. Given that it's a discontinued unit, there were only two available in the US but they made it happen.

Chris then returned and finished the install quickly and efficiently.

Their customer service was great and they made every effort to keep me advised on progress with the job.

I recently had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job from start to finish. They took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned.

Not only did they improve the air quality in my home, but I also feel much safer knowing my dryer vent is clear and working properly. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and respectful, which made the whole experience even better.
