I had no heat this morning and called Dennis and D&L Custom Services. Mike who is a new technician with them called me and tried to walk me through the issue over the phone. Unable to get it going Mike was at the house within a hour and diagnosed the system and was able to find the problem and repaired it. I was impressed with Mike’s knowledge and he explained everything and was very personable. Thanks to D&L for getting our home warm again!

Vic came out to service my HVAC system recently and I am always so impressed with his knowledge and experience. I have complete trust in Vic as well as Dennis and Deborah who have always been very helpful and accommodating.

Dennis and Vic are awesome! We first met them last year when we had D&L to give us a quote on a new system. We were switching from oil to gas and Dennis talked to us about the benefits of a heat pump system. We did some research and it clearly made sense for what we were looking to do. We got a few quotes at the time and Dennis was the best quote by a mile. Not only was it the best quote but we also get a really good system compared to what we were getting elsewhere. A year later we are super impressed with the system and the monthly energy savings.

Once we were sold the system we largely worked with Vic on the install. He was fast, efficient, kept the workspace and house clean and just super easy to work with.

Avoid the big brand names out there and call D&L. You get a more personal and thoughtful experience!

I have used D&L Custom Services for my geothermal servicing and I couldn't be happier. The service techs were extremely knowledgable and explained everything if asked. They are so nice and make you feel comfortable knowing things will be done right and corners won't be cut. Pricing is great too!

I have been using D&L for 20 (21?) years! Never had a bad experience with them - and they replaced my hvac system in my previous residence in 2010 and now are at my current residence, as I type this, replacing my ancient hvac system. This system would have probably died years earlier, but with the wonderful routine maintenance D&L provides, it lasted longer than expected !
D&L has also been extremely responsive with any emergency situation - we have had a few in the past 21 years !

Quality. Credibility. Reliability. Trustworthy. These are some of the "signature strengths" of D&L Custom Services, whom we used to service our geothermal heat pump system in Mullica Hill, NJ. As new customers who were dissatisfied with the HVAC company we inherited from the previous homeowners, we were looking for high-quality, reliable, trustworthy technicians who could also explain to us as new owners of a Geothermal heating & cooling system, how things worked, and how they should be maintained & operated to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Vic and John arrived early, and they were friendly, courteous, patient, transparent, and more than happy to explain what they were working on, and why. With dual-zone HVAC units in the basement and attic, they worked efficiently & effectively as a team to run a variety of system diagnostics, and implement solutions. They sealed one HVAC unit that was loose and leaking hot & cool air, and added refrigerant to a line that was substantially low, both of which were causing inefficient operation and undue expense.

At $932 for about 3-hrs of work, it was not an inexpensive service call. But, the guys took their time and were very systematic and thorough. Plus, everything was clearly explained and well justified, unlike our previous service provider. We now have a fully operational system and (fingers crossed!) will see lower electric ⚡ bills this winter! ❄️

We can’t say enough good things about D&L! While other companies were quick to recommend replacing our entire A/C unit, D&L took the time to thoroughly assess the issue and correctly identified that the real problem was with the ductwork. They came out right away and had everything replaced within a day! Their professionalism, honesty, and urgency were unmatched.

As an added bonus, while on-site, the crew even jumped into action to help our neighbor who had fallen down the steps. They quickly provided aid and stayed with her until medical help arrived. It’s rare to find a company that’s not only skilled and responsive but genuinely cares about the people in the community.

Very respectful and professional guys you have working. Even with my 85 year old father following them around and watching them all day. Completely removed entire old AC System and air handler in attic and replaced everything new as promised. Would definately recommend. Victor talked me through the problem over the phone. Was able to get my furnace running again before the tech Wayne arrived. Wayne went over the furnace with me there and found an issue with the venting which he corrected to prevent future concerns. Wayne also found an issue with the thermostat which was fixed as well.

Not only did I get an education in Geo Thermal heating, the system works very well. It is amazing how much better the system works after servicing. The two attending techs were quite accomplished in knowledge and professional courtesy. It was a pleasure the entire servicing appt, from the early morning greeting to the final salutations going out the door.

Vic was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable about the multiple heating and air-conditioning systems in the house we just purchased. He took the time to explain which thermostats controlled which systems and swapped out two older thermostats for new Wi-Fi enabled thermostats that will be so much easier to use! He was very patient with all my questions and made notations on everything so it would be easy to identify which system controlled the different zones in the house in case a repair has to be made later. He was also very pleasant to talk with. I will absolutely be using D&L again although I don’t think I need to since he has everything up and running perfectly!

Having neglected our vents for too long, I was amazed at the difference after their thorough cleaning. The technician was efficient, finishing in just under an hour, and left our home noticeably fresher. Highly recommend for peace of mind!
