I was very lucky to have Jeremy Marks as my technician. He arrived on time and was extremely nice. He took the time to evaluate everything and he gave me a thorough review of what was wrong and how to fix it. I loved that he offered suggestions on how to keep our system running better. He didn't just try to sell us new, he reviewed all the options and costs. I was very appreciative. I recommend Allied (and Jeremy) highly.

Mark Agosto from Allied Experts did an excellent job reviewing if our heating & air conditioning were energy efficiency including the attic. He was a delight from beginning to end. He wasn’t pushy and explained everything. Great customer service which seems to be rare these days. I’d definitely recommend.

Our tech Rafael Ramirez was amazing. He answered all of our concerns, was Really thorough. Some of the problem we are having he wasn't about to but he was in contact with his boss to get the answer. Our problem is very baffling he hope to come back out with the Next phase expert to get a resolution to our problem and so he’ll be able to help the next customer better if they are experiencing similar issues.
We believe Rafael and the Allie Experts Team will finally give us a peace of mind and help that we need regarding our problem. We’ve had other companies come out and they did not do half as much as Rafael.

After an energy survey by Kevin Luis, his team was scheduled for an intense install. New HVAC; Water Heater; Heating unit; and finally insulation in my attic. Within 1 Day my expectations were exceeded, the entire team Joe, Anthony, Justin, Nathan, Ricardo, Carlos, & Joel were done. My home was clean where they worked, I was given thorough walk through on the new equipment how it works & my role in utilizing all this new equipment. Over all the Entire team was very professional and courteous. They worked safely gave me reliable service, all at an affordable price.

I had Matt Lombardi and he was very friendly, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, was very thorough. He went above n beyond with making sure I understood everything n would recommend him to anyone. You can tell he really cares about his customers n there well being. It was great to have someone that cared n spent time to go over everything.

Had an emergency service request for a tankless hot water heater on the fritz with Denzel P. responding to diagnose the issue. He was extremely professional explaining to me in detail what the issues were and my options for service which unfortunately did require a full replacement.

Denzel heard my concerns and requests were made for an immediate and emergent install so that we would not be left without hot water in the winter months. Within an hour a replacement unit was delivered by another Allied Expert Tech Devin W. and both worked tirelessly to get me and my family up and running again in just over 3 hours from assessment to cleanup.

Installation was clean with all debris removed by Denzel and Devin. Following the install Denzel took the time to explain simple maintenance routines and ways to prolong the life of our new Navien Tankless hot water heater.

I am very grateful for their service and would certainly recommend Allied Experts Services so long as they continue to employee technicians with this type of work ethic.

We had a very positive experience with Allied Experts. Sean was the technician who came out to assess our leaking water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, and he clearly explained our options. We decided to replace the unit.

The next day, Sean and Ben returned to complete the installation. They were efficient, professional, and did a great job. The installation was completed the very next day and didn’t take all day, which we really appreciated.

The only downside was the automated phone system when I initially called on a Saturday about the leak. It had difficulty understanding me, and I had to repeat myself several times. It also stated that we would receive a call back, but we never did. Thankfully, this wasn’t a true emergency, but I would have preferred a callback just to confirm that someone received the message. To ensure the issue was addressed before it worsened, I scheduled an appointment online for Monday.

Overall, the service and workmanship were excellent. Improving the weekend call system would make the experience even better.

Nick G. took the time to point out and explain so many things during the inspection. (I actually learned stuff)! He made sure we understood the program clearly, outlined all the warranty details and was courteous & friendly throughout the entire process! Five stars! Would recommend!!
Jake was also friendly and courteous during our initial meeting! Both guys are obviously knowledgeable and make moving forward through the process easy!

We went with Allied to add some insulation to our attic and basement/crawlspace along with replacing a hot water heater. We started with a home energy assessment with Mark and he went through step by step everything he was looking at and things we could improve. While performing the work they explained everything along the way and the quality was excellent. Our house is less drafty and feels warmer now. I would recommend Allied if you’re in need of any similar services.

JUST DON’T- Incompetent electricians
We hired Allied Experts back in August of 2025 to install a mini split system. In the beginning it was great; The person they send to sell it to you and the initial install team for the system itself. However, we needed some electrical work, which was part of the overall project that they swore they were able to do. This is where the entire company seemed to fall apart. The electrical team would never come when they said, they would cancel even when some of them were already at my home, and even when they completed some work they broke or left the electrical box completely unsafe (live wires falling out and nothing secured in place) multiple times needing to fix the work they have done. I also had to ask and request these things to be fixed, they did not just do it on their own and hoped I would not notice. They would often show up not knowing what they were supposed to do and leave. I even asked for the 1 electrician that initially broke electrical boxes and left things unsafe to not be sent to my home anymore, which he was then sent a few more times, leaving me in a tough spot saying I didn’t want him there. Problems continued even beyond that specific electrician. When I would call to speak with someone they would have someone who “Can’t do anything” answer the phone and typically refuse to let me speak to someone in charge of the work being completed. I was allowed to speak to the project manager once and felt like I was basically “yessed” the entire time and seemed like he was not even listening, which was confirmed by no changes made after the call. So, at the end of all of the work the units were installed in August without an issue, but it took the electricians from August- December 2025 to complete the work. Overall, it was a very painful process with this company, so do not use if you need anything beyond just a quick unit installed.

Jeremy and Denzel Are very professional , helpful, Work Ethic is off the hook. They started working around 9:30 am removing our old water heater and were done at 6:30 pm with the installation of a tankless water heater. We could not be happier The area where they were working was left spotless like nothing ever happed . They do work very organized and they DO represent really well the Allied Company . We Are so pleased and happy with their work . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company .

Danzel P from Allied Expert Heating and Conditioning is absolutely outstanding. He was kind, patient, and took the time to listen to every detail of our HVAC issue. He diagnosed the root cause by carefully inspecting the system, checking the thermostat wiring, and testing the airflow, which revealed a clog in the return duct and a faulty capacitor. He explained the plan in plain terms and proceeded with a precise fix: replacing the capacitor, clearing the clogged duct, and recalibrating the thermostat for accurate readings.

Thanks to his careful work, our unit is now fixed, and the improvement is clear. I’m deeply grateful for his consideration, dedication, and willingness to help us resolve a problem we’d been dealing with for two years.
