Joshua did an amazing job cleaning and inspecting our mini split. He kept the area clean and let me know what he was doing. Joshua seems to really enjoy his job and he was very professional.

Tyler was great! He knew just what was wrong and went to work. He got the heater running again. We are very pleased!

The tech was polite and professional. He had to replace our thermostat. The rates were reasonable and the job was done quickly.

Great service and super friendly. We had a Frozen pipe. Anthony our technician was great. Had the pipe defrosted in less than 30 minutes.

Heat pump stopped working. Laury tech came out diagnosed problem , got parts ordered. Came back as soon as part was available. Got heater up and running. Techs were competent and friendly. Did a great job. Thanks Laury

Andrew did a great job today. He was professional and courteous. He explained all aspects of the job, which was replacing a 40 year old thermostat. The new thermostat works as he explained and the installation is professional level.

Joshua worked very hard and explained in detail what he worked on. Was very courteous. Spent several hours working to fix our heater and took time to show how to use the thermostat. Would highly recommend him and have him as a repairman for any other maintenance issues

Our furnace was not working: no hot water or heat.
They had it fixed the following day. The men that fixed it were very good, worked quickly, and had our tank replaced soon after noon the following day.

Kevin and Jerry, did a fantastic job. They installed a brand new hvac system in 1 day. They were professional and curteous. They were clean from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Laury Heating.

Our Laury technician was absolutely the highest level of plumber technical competency as well as being efficient and polite. He replaced a faulty drain in our kitchen sink that leaked and was installed improperly. He explained in detail why the leaking occurred and configured a new system that met professional standards and installation protocols. I recommend him and Laury H C & P to anyone needing quality plumbing services.

Corey was fantastic! He got my heat going on a 1 degree night. He saved me! He came out late in the bitter cold from far away and was friendly, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate his expertertise and professionalism so so much!!!

New heater and boiler system was installed and I am very pleased with my new heater. The technicians were very thorough and did a very professional job. I highly recommend the Laury Heating company.

The mechanic today was one hard worker not afraid of putting in the extra effort to get the job done and make the customer happy. He deserves a raise or a promotion. One hell of a great get it done attitude.

Jeff came today to troubleshoot our heater that wasn’t working. He quickly diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained the issue, went over the repair and part that was needed and installed the new part. He was very personable and informative and would highly recommend him and Laury.

Anthony is an excellent worker. I want him to handle ALL of my plumbing issues from now on. If I could give him 10 stars, I definitely would.
The problem is that my water lines keep freezing this winter. Anthony always is dependable and an excellent worker.

Disappointed with service. Came out multi times. Broke my heater with was leaking fluid. Finally supposedly fixed it. Heater goes back out three days later. Charges me again. Another Dispatch dispatching fee on Top of more parts. My first two bills never even got a proper invoice so I don’t even know what they did. For all I know they replaced the same thing again and charge me again. Or did My pump get stressed out because of the leak. I don’t know. Called multiple times no response. Honestly, more of a headache than it’s worth. If they fix my heater properly, the first time I would have no problem paying but multiple visits multiple parts. Honestly, I would just go somewhere else and we’ll be in the future

We have used Laury Heating in the past, they continue to provide great service. Our technician Tom was excellent, he was knowledgeable and courteous. I asked him several questions and he patiently answered them and had our heat pump back up and running in no time.

We have been clients of Laury Heating for 20+years. We have always received good service from them. Recently, e have had a young man named Josh come out to service our heater. Josh is amazing. He was able to get our thermostat back on line when no one else was able to. He also explained to us how we could do it ourselves. We are not technically savvy. He is very thorough and was able to identify why we were having an issue with our heater. He also made us aware of things that could be an issue in the future. Josh has a fantastic personality (even our dog likes him) and we want Laury to make him the tech that comes out to our house for all services.

Mo was the worker. Very nice, professional man. I have a clogged in my sink pipe, under my house. I have grease in the line, thats been there for awhile. Moe worked very hard, trying to break it up, Unfortunately it wouldn't budge. The weather doesnt help, being so cold.Moe, is a Great worker, personable ,Laury's is my go to company, for all, Heating, Plumbing, and Cooling. I rate Laury's a 5 Star Company

Early morning on Christmas Eve, three service technicians arrived to install a new heating system in my home on North Main Street, Mullica Hill. My old system failed the previous Sunday morning. After an emergency call that Sunday December 21st, Matt diagnosed the heater and with Dave determined that making repairs that could not be guaranteed was not a good option, the only decision was to advise me to replace. So, three days later, Eric, Alexander and Jalen arrived on Christmas Eve. They were extremely courteous, taking time to listen to and answer my questions. I went into the basement maybe five times during the seven-hour installation to ask if they needed anything. What I observed each time was a team working together, focused on what needed to be done. As a 40-year customer of Laury, I want to thank those three gentlemen for their skills and professionalism. And to Matt, DJ, Dave, the Office Staff, Eric, Alexander, and Jalen – a sincere thank you. 40 years and counting with Laury – never had a complaint, only compliments.
