RJ arrived in a timely way for emergency AC service. He diagnosed the problem and had it repaired and working within an hour. Laury employees are always respectful and complete the work accurately. I also appreciate the ease of text and the tracking system for the tech’s arrival.

After months of issues with our new split system installed by my neighbor’s HVAC company. I got fed up and called Laury. Laury was recommended to us by another neighbor who was smart enough to stay away from the guy who installed my split.

Corey from Laury quickly diagnosed the issue and had our system up and running in short order. He was courteous and knowledgable. He explained to us what the issues were in a manner we could understand.

I would call on Laury again should there be other needs and would highly recommend them.

The technician that showed up was extremely nice helpful can’t say enough about him just a little delay in their time and they’re a little pricey

Ryan was very efficient and explained everything to me so I could understand all he had to do to fix my AC. Had to put in a new thermostat and he showed me how to set and reset. All around a very good experience. Plus he is a very pleasant and nice person.

The technicians that come out explain everything.The explain every option.What needs to be done right away what can wait. They make sure to answer any questions you have before they leave. They are so nice and even make bad news easier to hear. I highly recommend them.

Installed a commercial HVAC system at our church. They worked diligently to find the equipment, get it shipped as quickly as possible, coordinate a crane to remove the old and install the new equipment, and the techs worked in the cold for 2 days to get it working properly.

Needed an emergency job done on a Saturday night. Came out within an hour and fixed the problem in a an hour. Great job and great repairman!

Prompt friendly service from Corey, our technician. He came to do the annual maintenance on our split Mitsubishi unit. He recommended a deep clean since it hadn’t been done in awhile and before it gets overly dirty. All was taken care of. Always satisfied with Laury techs service ability and their knowledge of our products they service.
