This is my second time using this company to update my HVAC system. They were very professional and addressed any issues I had with the new systems in a timely manner. And they also fixed my water heater intake at no additional cost.

Rafael was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and informative. He completed a comprehensive energy assessment and provided a detailed plan to improve energy efficiency in our home. I highly recommend Rafael and his team at Allied Experts!

Showed up nice and early.
The whole team was professional and friendly.

I had a small area to work in but they handled it like champs and the end product and look was better than expected.
Cleaned every area they were in, and that was most of the house.

Although they were unable to access the clog in my drain (due to the fact that their snake only went so far) they were knowledgeable about the process and very courteous throughout the appointment. There was no charge because they didn’t fix the problem which was awesome!

Rafael was great! He came over to do a weatherization assessment and did a great job walking us through everything that we needed to get done. Looking forward to getting it all done with you guys 🙂.

I had Jeremy Moore come out to take a look at nine HVAC system and he replaced my pressure switch, also my control panel and thermostat. His service was exceptional. His communication was fantastic and I felt so comfortable that he would fix everything that was wrong. He was even able to fix things relative to my thermostat so it would work online/Phone once again. I am so happy that Jeremy was so patient helpful and communicated things to me that I didn’t know about the system Allied is very fortunate to have him, such dedication and commitment that you don’t find from many employees anymore. I am very thankful that my issues were taken care of today. Thank you Jeremy and thank you, Allied.

He found areas of my dryer vent that were dangerous and changed the entire venting system.
He is genuine, friendly, respectful and caring. Now I feel very safe that my dryer is performing at 100%.

Allied Experts handled our home Weatherization project.The assessment and installation appointments were scheduled quickly and the Techs were very professional and thorough. The roof and wall insulation almost immmediately improved the comfort of our home. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

The information was thorough, Nick answered all of my questions. I not only have an understanding of the work that will be done to my home, but an overall understanding of my home HVAC system and insulation. I appreciate the time he took to show and explain literally everything. I’m looking forward to getting this done and feeling more comfortable in my home.

We had Allied Experts here for a 3rd quote for plumbing work. They came to provide a quote for free, sending a camera down the outside clean out, and determined that the pipe likely just needed to be jetted out instead of replaced.

As they do not provide jetting the pipes as a service, knowing that they were willing tp provide a quote for free so quickly without trying to upset a service means a lot.

Mark Agosto was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining everything about the new energy-efficient equipment. He was courteous, respectful of my home, and made the entire process easy to understand. I truly appreciate his expertise and the quality of his service.

Allied technician Mr. John Carroll is very skilled and a thorough professional. He took care of repair of baseboard heating system at my house in a thorough manner and took time to explain it to me. Mr. Carroll is very nice gentleman and has excellent customer caring attitude.

Installation of HVAC and water heater. The guys were very professional and did a great job.

His customer service is unmatched—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. He explains everything in clear, layman’s terms without ever sounding condescending, which makes me feel informed and confident about the work being done.

Denzel consistently goes above and beyond, but this most recent visit truly stood out. When I discovered mold in my ductwork, he handled the situation with exceptional care and thoroughness, ensuring I understood the issue and the steps needed to resolve it. His attention to detail, patience, and consideration for my home and family’s well-being are exactly why I trust him year after year.

Everything was wonderful! The crew arrived promptly and was extremely kind and professional. Once they were shown the areas where work was required they quickly began to drape clothes over my flooring and walk me through their process for the day. The consistently made sure if I had any questions along the way that they were more than willing to answer them. Their cleanup was fantastic as well as they left nothing behind. They made sure to walk me through the new setup and made sure I understood everything. All in all, very professional and knowledgeable.

Jeremy Marks provided us with an excellent customer experience. He was knowledgeable, professional, no-pressure approach , and laid out multiple options for our project. We have been with Allied for over ten years, they had installed our upgraded HVAC back then, and they continue to provide excellent service since then. I highly recommend them.

Our tech Matt was superb! Explained everything in full with understandable details. Taught me a few things I had no idea about and was incredibly nice, polite, and thorough with his job.
