They came out for an emergency service call for our Air Conditioner not working on a Friday evening at 9:00P at night and the Tech could not have been nicer! He knew exactly the problem, troubleshooted and fixed the issue. Thank you! I even signed up for the maintenance contract because I was so impressed with the service I received.

Our plumber/technician was EXCELLENT!!! He was very thorough and although the final install would be very pricey, he did what he could to make it work. The install would be more complicated than we anticipated. I would definitely consider using them again for another project. Haven't written this one off yet either.

We had Tyler come for our consultation and installation of a new water heater. On consultation he was clear on what he thought our chronic issues have been and gave several options to remedy the problem. When he came to install he was prompt, efficient and gave a thorough explanation and answered all of our questions before leaving. He was courteous, pleasant and respectful. We are very happy with our experience with Tyler and his company.

Another thing, before arrival they send a text and in it they send a pic of the individual coming to work for you. I love that safety feature!!

Niko, John and James amazing! Everyone was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. A totally professional group of people. Theresa and the office personnel were equally amazing. Everything from scheduling to service calls to sales Information to signing paperwork happened so quickly. Within less then 18 hours the problem was diagnosed, proposals were made, agreements were signed, installation of the new system was scheduled and temporary air conditioned units were installed.
I'd never go anywhere else.

I heard such great things about this company, I really wanted to like it, everything works fine, but the workers that came over kept talking horribly about eachother, especially simon, mouth of a sailor, kept mentioning Politics and even said something about my husbands weight, never calling again

I was really impressed with Cardwell from start to finish. They assisted me through the financing process, always available for my questions, very accommodating with my schedule. But above all the team that installed my unit were thorough and efficient. Left the area cleaner then they found it!!!!

Beware. Company will aggressively attempt to sell you service contracts or other overpriced services. I told the tech id think about it, Tech even threatened if i didnt make a decision for $2000 service contract, cleaning hvac drain pump that the price would go up due to inflation. It was a first and last visit for this company.

Team 2 did a great job installing the equipment. Everything worked as expected. They explained the operations very well, They were very courteous and cleanup after the job. We are very pleased.

I just had to tell one of the service techs to get out of my neighbors house. They browbeat her into signing a service contract prior to looking at her heater unit. He then charged her a $500 service fee to clean a sensor. And then told her there were numerous other things wrong with the system and that it would be $3300 to fix the system tonight or she could finance a new system.
I told the tech we would get a second opinion, he flipped out and threatened to call the police on my neighbor for nonpayment. Stating that “I have them on my payroll.” My neighbor finished paying him for the service call and he continued to berate my neighbor. And finally had to threaten to call the police if he did not leave.
Long story short would not reccomend.

Cardwell did a great job with repairing my radiators and providing quality support for the HVAC system in my old home. They provide honest work for honest pay which is hard to find these days.

I lost my tankless heater heater and I called Cardwell a couple days before Christmas. They handled everything and had there install team at my house right on time on Christmas Eve and I had hot water back for Christmas.
I highly recommend this company. I have used them several times in recent years and everything was great. Everyone from the front office to the field techs really know how to get the job done.
