I have used Davis the last few years for my plumbing and heater maintenance. I have never had a complaint about their service. The technicians arrive on time and give me detailed information on what work they are doing. I’m selling my home in Florence and have moved to Jackson. I’m going to miss the great service I received from Davis!

Davis replaced the sewer lateral in our house and out to the street. Work was done quickly and Tommy even had regard for our yard, digging up as little as possible, even preserving our concrete. Everyone who came to the house was friendly and respectful. We will definitely call them again if we have any future plumbing needs. Great follow up from Jess and Jacqueline in the office during the process as well. Thanks!

I had Daniel from Davis heating and Air come out to check the operation of my heater. He listened carefully while I explained intermittent issues that I was having with it. He was very courteous and informative. I liked how he explained everything to me and also showed me pictures of the parts of my heater that are having the beginning signs of corrosion issues. He explained to me what should be done sooner rather than later. I feel that the cost of the service and the estimates for future service we're very reasonable. I am greatly appreciative of his help. I am extremely satisfied with him and Davis heating and Air.

Excellent service. Harry was punctual to the appointment. He took his time explaining everything and answered all of my questions. The entire process was efficient and very pleasant.

The team that was at my house that outstanding job inspecting all facets of my AC unit. They also left the recommendations that were required some required sooner than others. Logan did a great job! Came back six weeks later replaced fuses that were bad. Great job. Heater maintenance was done by Jason. Also a great job today.

Amazing service! Highly recommend Davis! When our air conditioning system broke in the middle of 100° weather, they made us a priority and replaced our entire unit And ductwork all in one day. They worked almost 16hours straight knowing we had 3 young children at home. They were super tentative, extremely easy to get a hold of and most importantly efficient. 10/10!!!!!

Technician Phashon was knowledgeable and explained the problem and the options very professionally. He worked clean and left with us feeling we were in good hands in the future with Davis !!

Another update. John Ruiz & his assistant did a fabulous job putting in my new furnace.Update: Today I had to use the Plumbing side & the tech Jim Delisi was also Super knowledgeable and friendly n courteous and VERY HONEST just as Ralph on the Heating side was. I plan on having them fix the required fixes because of my pipe that burst last week Absolutely fabulous.

Jason was fantastic. Great service and very friendly. You can tell he has over 20 years of experience. Quickly diagnosed the issue. Made the repair. And then went even further to make improvements to help keep it from happening again. Couldn’t have asked for better service. And to top it all off, because he works so quickly and fixes the root cause the pricing was much cheaper than we expected. Can’t recommend them enough.

The tech who came to our house to repair our heating system (Kyle) is great. He got us up and running again in no time, was professional and very courteous.
