Good place to bring your HVAC business to. Almost no complaints

Correction on my initial review:

As I mentioned before, as an HVAC contractor — no complaints, even though I’ll stop using them in the future. Here’s why:

I had an HVAC system installed by Fresh Air team and was advised to clean my air ducts. I said OK. However, when the cleaning personnel arrived… I don’t feel like getting into details, but they didn’t do good work..

The worst part: I went and looked into the large ductwork in my basement, and it’s still filled with dust that had just been pushed down from the rest of the vents. As someone who’s been an engineer for 30 years, I knew this was going to happen — no vacuum with a brush at the end of a hose can do a proper cleaning job.
Very disappointing. I spoke with my neighbors across the street who had the same service — looks like they were scammed the same way.

I hired another local duct cleaning contractor who confirmed that my ductwork had not been cleaned correctly.

Alex and helper were great. Performed Routine winter maintenance service as part of our maintenance agreement. Fresh Air Flow does a great job and they are nice people to deal with.

Shawn was so great n he was knowledgeable courteous professional n Overall a good experience All 3 workers were neat organized and I would highly recommend Fresh Air Flow 2 anyone in need of home heating n air conditioning repairs or replacement !

I was getting my ducts sealed. They also cleaned my entire system and are blowing out my vents and disinfecting them. Alex was very knowledgeable and a really nice guy. I highly recommend.

Ben, Ivan, James and Michael were very professional and understood my needs regarding replacing a dated AC system in a rental property. They were prompt and professional. The install day went well There was a mistake in the size of the fan unit and it would not fit in the existing AC closet but they quickly swapped it out for one that would fit and was even slightly better. This unfortunately extended the install. There was also a missing heat element which had to be installed later. It took 3 visits total not including the initial inspection but they were very professional and the system is now complete. I will use them again!

Great company. Ben ensures that the customer is satisfied. He does what ever it takes to make the product work at its maximum possible level. Ben had his service mechanics come to my house and replace a couple of valves and to descale my tankless hot water heater. Nick & Rivera were absolutely professional!

Great experience! The technicians were very polite and helpful explaining the process and did a thorough and professional job. I will definitely use them again.

Came on time for an estimate followed up the next day to fix the problem. Also came on time great company, very professional also cleaned up after themselves would recommend to anyone who needs work done and HVAC

Jamie and Sean came out to do the install for our new heater and air conditioner and they CRUSHED it. So professional, so knowledgeable, so clean. This company from top to bottom was a pleasure to work with. I'm thrilled God lead us to them cause it was a blessing!!

Ben and the team at FAF exemplify the classic high level of service, value and quality we used to expect back in the day.

From our first meeting, his knowledge and honesty were evident. Even more impressive was his explanation on unneeded services, the better way to do things and his general expertise on setting up these systems. I really got the feeling FAF wanted to get it right and was not trying to upsell or overcharge. I had reviewed and seen more than 5 contractors and he just made the most sense.

Besides being very competitive with the pricing, he delivered a quality install, on time, on budget with service in mind. MOST importantly, when I had a few small problems - his team came out promptly to get it sorted (took a few tries). I'm a very picky customer and they answered every call, email and text in a timely manner.

On big purchases like this you need it done right, I trust FAF and their slogan could not be more true -'We Put Our Soul In Climate Control!'

Fresh Air installed a new HVAC system in our facility. Ben and his team has been very helpful throughout the whole process. They are straight and honest, and i would add their price-rate to quality of work, is a little better than most in the Philly area. The team responds fast, and keeps an open communication with updates.

As Good As It Gets

I became a fan of Fresh Air Flow since a new Carrier furnace was installed several years ago.
Recently when the time came to replace the old AC unit , Fresh Air Flow certainly was my first choice.
Ben sent his representative to my home for a quote just got my request 14 hours ago. For further discussion about the new AC unit I needed he hand picked the model suitable to the size of the house while I was in his office.
Jim and Andy, technicians at FAF, came to set up the new AC under the Summer heat. They did a wonderful job. We had a good time together.
To inspect the completed project as well as to explain to my concerns on capacity and efficiency of the installed AC, Ben came to my place. He defined principle of unit capacity while making “manual J calculation” test to assure me the one installed there is the right one.
As I expect the new AC will bring more comfort in the years to come, I sincerely hope Fresh Air Flow’s service business keeps growing to the next level and beyond.

Nick was on time, professional and friendly.
He explained the check process and gave me helpful advice on my HVAC unit as justified why it would be smarter to sign up for their maintenance plan (which I did). He was efficient and cleaned the area when he was done.

Alex , Drew and his team did a fantastic job with the deep duct cleaning for my house. They were professional, thorough, and really took the time to make sure everything was spotless. The air feels so much fresher now. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciated it! Well done, Alex and Drew!

Angelo was highly knowledgeable, very friendly, and checked and explained everything to diagnose our problem (and explaining how the system works), which he identified very quickly. He also explained all options to repair/replace and advantages/disadvantages of each. He also has a good sense of humor, which is something often unferappreciated and made for a very positive visit.
