Fresh Air Flow installed a new AC / furnace system and water heater for me about a month ago. The price was very reasonable compared to other bids. The installers were very professional and the workmanship is high quality. They also cleaned my ducts and dryer vent. I definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for good quality work.

Angelo and Dave were both very professional and exhibited attention to detail. Angelo noticed that the HVAC switch was "hot enough to fry a steak" and opened it to reveal a would-be electrical fire. He quickly called Dave, who came right over and changed the switch so that I would have heat without also having a house fire. In short, these guys saved me family and my home. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Angelo and Dave!

Nick was professional and knowledgeable. He also was able to show up earlier than the planned arrival window. He showed me everything he was looking at to diagnose the problem. He found the issue quickly and got my heat up and running. I definitely appreciate all of his help and would recommend Fresh Air Flow to anyone needing HVAC service.

I ran into a giant issue with my furnace dying in the cold weather. I called their company multiple times with different questions and had excellent, friendly and professional help. Christian and John were standouts. They spent time with me on the phone to help the best they could and even looked at pictures I sent over. I would definitely go back to them in the future if I needed help.

After a very nice and professional conversation with the Service Manager and Alex the technician, my concerns were addressed appropriately. This is despite a person in the background on the conference call dismissing my concerns as everyday problems that I have no control over. Fortunately, the Service Manager was able to step in and correct the deficiency immediately. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Fresh Air Flow for any issues with your HVAC and would ask for Alex to be the guy to do the work for you.

Amazing service. So grateful for the team and their incredible care. We had a leak and they came rapidly to fix the problem and even improve the existing heating setup for better future access. Cannot thank the team enough for their hard work and super attitude towards customers.

We wanted to replace our 25 year old system and a friend happened to recommend this company and boy am I glad he did. We got quotes from other companies as well but Fresh Air Flow stood out right away. Where other companies just looked at our old units and gave us quotes for a new version, Ben took the time to map out our house and really calculate what system would fit our home. He worked with PSEG to maximize our rebates and financing and gave us a clear proposal at a great price. He explained every step of the process and made sure we understood our options and what we were purchasing. When it came to installation, the work was done in a timely manner and really professionally. Usually when someone is working on something in our house it is really noisy, messy and disruptive but the Fresh Air Flow team was clean, courteous and genuinely pleasant to be around. The work was done with true professionalism and the system works great. A new HVAC system is not a cheap endeavor and we are so happy that we chose Fresh Air Flow for our project.

FreshAir Flow is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with when it comes to home ownership. I moved into a new house into a new area and had unexpected HVAC issues. They did everything they could to try to save the HVAC system while trying to save me money knowing I had just moved in. I ultimately needed a new system after they got me through the hottest part of the summer. My freon was leaking at a rate faster then they could keep coming back. They explained everything thoroughly, assisted me with 0% financing, and my new system was installed within a week and all in one day. I had a question a few months later regarding a noise from my condensation pump, they came out right away and replaced the pump after inspection. They were extremely organized and send notifications when the technician is on their way and once the job is complete. There is no wondering if the tech will show up, you knew when they were in route. FreshAir flow is one of the most professional and respectful companies I have worked with and I look forward to them servicing my home for many years to come.

Amazing work. Super fast and professional. Was told by Hutchinson I’d have to replace the entire unit after a power outage fried the board in our heating unit with no alternatives provided. Owner of Fresh Air Flow personally showed up on a Sunday morning and was able to apply a temporary fix while we waited for a part delivery (aqua stat) that was later installed by the team in under an hour. The team members are very knowledgeable and not trying to sell you new units like the competitors. Will definitely have them back for all routine maintenance and future work. Cannot recommend them enough!

We had an excellent experience with Ben and Fresh Air Flow on a major project to decommission our outdated boiler system and convert to a more energy efficient heat pump system. Ben guided us through the process and made sure to maximize our benefits and credits received through the PSE&G program. Shawn and his team who completed the work were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The work was completed on time and the team was great to work with and easy to talk to—something that really put us at ease during such a large project. From start to finish my experience was fantastic. I was fit in same day, communication between the office and the contractor on site was friendly and thorough. Price was about what I expected for same day service. In addition the service person provided me with estimates for additional service recommendations which is helpful in scheduling future visits.

Due to extremely cold nighttime temperatures (around 5°F), the condensate pipe on my high-efficiency Carrier Performance HVAC unit froze. I was very impressed that the owner, Ben, promptly sent a crew over the weekend to diagnose the issue. They returned the next day and properly insulated the pipe to prevent it from happening again. My thanks to Blake and Sam for their professionalism and quick resolution.

Wow!!! This was probably the best experience I’ve had with any type of company, let alone house work companies! Not only did they come in for ann emergency with my oil burner! They identified a bigger problem, Had a certified expert come out the very next day! And before the work day was finished, everything was fixed! Very good price points as well!!! This is beginning of winter and my house is warm!!! Most appreciative to Ben , Sam and Blake!! They made this an easy process!!!
