This place is a SCAM!!! They say one charge on the phone and charge you triple after the service. Nobody explains “additional” fees when you call - how convenient. On top of that they set me up for an appointment next day with a confirmation text of the day before. I had to wait and get postponed because their staff - Isiah didn’t know how to schedule properly. Totally unorganized and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Horrible service. Let’s not forget the 5% transaction fee!

Alex from advanced plumbing came to snake my sewage line today. Although he was not able to clear the line because of possible collapse in the line but he did very professional job...even broke three of this "snake extensions" trying to clear the blockage.

He then patiently explained to me all of my options and next steps.

Highly recommended...ask for Alex...he is very dedicated and professional.

We were very satisfied with this service. Our technician Julian arrived on time, was knowledgeable and was able to fix our leak problem. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I would not recommend this company. They took me for a $400 ride just to turn one wrench and NOT fix my heating problem. Search locally and support a small independent plumber. I think they are crooks

This group is professional, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend Jimmy and his team. When others wouldn't follow through, they'd push to get the job done and they care about doing it right. Excellent communication which is sometimes tough to find. I’ll work with them again

Worst service I've ever experienced, they talk about you in their language raise the price after you get a quote and are rude and extremely sexist. Don't use them it will go downhill and after they leave you will notice you have another plumbing issue that they will say is unrelated even if they worked in exactly that same spot. They seem nice at first but they are dishonest.

I have used Advanced Professional for a variety of jobs large and small for nearly three years. These jobs include emergency replacement of burst pipes, emergency replacement of clogged sewer line leaving the house, installation of two new furnaces and baseboard heating throughout all three floors of the house, and replacement of three floors of century-old cast iron pipe that failed as the main drainage stack in the bathrooms.

Throughout each process, the Advanced Professional team displayed impressive experience with old structures and their plumbing, showed courtesy and professionalism, and remained determined in the face of some daunting engineering problems at my house.

I routinely turn to this company for plumbing and remodeling needs.

True professionals. We've now had them come out to replace/fix our garbage disposal twice, most recently to remove one that was leaking all over our kitchen Not only were they responsive (phone, text, email) they were incredibly prompt and kept me informed when there were updates in their service schedule. Additionally they provided instructions on maintenance and troubleshooting should issues arise in the future. THESE GUYS are my plumbers.

Great service from Advanced Prof Plumbing! Sam and James know their stuff. They always go above and beyond to make sure the problem is fixed and answer questions. They've fixed leaky pipes, dug my toddler's toys out of toilet traps, and repaired a burst dishwasher supply line.

They repaired our water heater. It was the fastest repair I've ever seen! The appointment was scheduled for next day, they showed up on time and did the repair quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Sewage blockage. I have a 100+ year old home with deteriorating sewage lines. The serviceperson was diligent in assessing the issue and determining appropriate next steps.

They have also replaced my boiler and hot water radiators.

I called advanced professional after I realized my basement was flooding with water. They came through the SAME day, explained to me that one of my pumps was broken and wasn't draining out the excess water. In no time the technician got me a new pump and replaced the bad one. These guys are on top of their game, and you bet they will not leave your house until your problem is solved and you are fully satisfied!

My toilet had some issues with emptying the bowl in a single flush, so I needed a quick fix. They Guy from Advanced Plumbing was able to fit me in within an hour of my call, use a snake tool to unclog the toilet, and even recommended some money-saving options for a better toilet (landlord issues, am i right?!).

These guys arrived on time and replaced our broken bathtub efficiently. I am not easily impressed, but their work was so neat and accurate that I had no choice, but to admire them. They are real professionals and nice guys because they kept answering my different questions during the whole process.

Advanced Professional sent me Abbe to give my boiler heating system a tune up and chemical clean. He was very professional in every way. He showed up early, was pleasant/courteous, and informative. He showed me the gunk and sediment that was building up in some of the parts so I could see how bad the system was getting. I like that he was very serious about the work and the company brand. This company only gets two stars for the technician that came out. The poor ratting is for the customer service. When made appointment said system is working but recently purchased home and would like someone to walk me through system and check it. I explained I had 89$ tune up coupon. I believed this is what I would be charged. When I was charged $125 plus tax I called and was told that wasn’t what was agreed on and then was transferred to another person who hung up on me.

I am not one to verbally bash a business, however as a owner of multiple properties in the Passaic county area, I found this company to be extremely unprofessional. I contacted this company to inquire if they could come out on an emergent basis as my radiators on my third floor unit would not heat. Initially rthe receptionist was helpful and advised that the tech would call me 40 minutes prior to arrival. However, the receptionist called me and told me that the tech was at my property and never provided me
The grace period. When I finally arrived, I called back the receptionist as the tech was not the property she advised, that he is at “ the bodega”. The tech finally arrived 20 minutes late and assessed the issues I found it to be quick as he did not turn on the boiler or check the radiators. He only quickly pointed out pipes that needed to be fixed. The tech did not speak any English so insisted that he call someone from the company so that I may explained the issue. He called the tech “ Rachel “she spoke to him in his native language and advised him to check radiators he did. However the only thing he kept saying was “ boiler no good” . This was a new 2 year old boiler. The tech left and I attempted toCall the office to be provided quote I even left a message on their after hour recorded line. (I’m sure they will respond and state the lines are recorded for quality and assurance) and I called and severalTimes and left messages. Finally the next day The receptionist gave me the run around about getting in touch with Rachel to be priced and quoted. The receptionist even lied about her ( Rachael) being in the office. Finally Rachel got in touch with me and gave me a quote of $1,950.00 to bled system and check radiators. I told her ok and to provided me the estimate/ proposal by the end of the day. Can you believe she never provided it. Because I’m proactive and stellar business woman I already had another plumbing company coming out. They quoted me 550 dollars to do the same thing. This business I honestly believe is SCAM. They rip ppl off, and have terrible business acumen. Please DO NOT USE THEM. I have never in my life witness such poor business. I am business owner myself , don’t let the outer appearance fool you, the way they screen call.
Distastefully priced and so unprofessional. I’m an extremely busy person and I hope that this review helps another customer . DONT CHOOSE THEM!!!!

Scam. Do not give credit card info as they will charge without authorization. Techs came and made our AC situation worse. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Please do not use.

EDIT: This is a follow up for three days after the review.

Follow up on a previous review. Three days after we received “preventive maintenance” and overcharged without permission, we turned the AC off only to have dust particles rain from the unit. Once again, do not use this company, as they are a scam operation with untrained techs.
