Absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism. Had used them for years for service. Then when something broke. Their parts department gave me the total run around for over a week on an urgent matter. Then said they couldn't fix and needed to replace. Second guy in (different company) had the part in their truck and took less than 15 mins.

Total crooks these guys turned out to be. Avoid them, especially AJ. $125 down the drain with them - pricey lesson to learn to never use them again. Be ware! Lots better options out there.

Joseph from Advanced Professional Home Service came in and did a fabulous job, finding a leak in a most difficult spot. He did not give up and I do appreciate his steadfastness. He was going to find that leak! We appreciate his work and his professionalism.Thank you!

Advanced Professional Plumbing is truly the way to go! As a homeowner, you wonder which plumbing company will serve your needs without ripping you off. APP workers and staff members are truly professional, efficient and knowledgeable about their craft. I've called them twice in reference to two different services and I wasn't disappointed. Thank you Advanced Professional Plumbing for making sure my heat and hot water were running. If there is ever a need, I will certainly call again. THANK YOU!!

I needed an emergency water heater replacement and Advanced Professional Plumbing came out within an hour to assess my problem. I was able to schedule the replacement the next day and they arrived right on time. Alex was professional, polite and was able to replace the water heater within a few hours. I would highly recommend Alex and Advanced Professional Plumbing.

We called Advanced Professionals for a leaky pipe and we were able to get help the same day. Toby and Jeff were very thourough and explained in detail what was wrong and the plan for it. They worked with us on a great price and they were very efficient. They were fast and once done they explained what they had done and made recommendations for the future. Very happy with their work! Would definetly refer them to others.

My water heater went out on me the night prior. This morning (day of writing this review) I called up a few places along with Advaced plumbing. They had a very reasonable quote for the work and could come out a handful of hours from the time of the call.

They came out, did the work exceptional quickly and for the quoted price. It was a no hassle situation and the work was done professionally. Even threw in a drip pan which another quote was going to charge extra. I would absolutely use them again.

Beware of bait and switch. I would have loved to put in a 5 star review. I called the company based on the 5 star google reviews. I recently wanted to see if there was anything I could do get my central air blow colder air.

I called a few places before I eventually landed on Advanced and was quoted the price for the full inspection was 79.00$ I agreed and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time and were VERY professional when arrived. They wore masks, shoe covers etc. The technician was great was able to identify the a few issues, which he showed me on his cell phone (frayed wires, some growth in the outdoor condenser?). He said I could speak the office to get these repaired. Based on my initial conversation and initial cost (of 79.00) I no expectation of this being included in the cost. Once the technician had left the office called me and asked me how I wanted to pay. The price was now $251.00. I asked to have the explanation of the work that was done (considering it was now almost 3 times what was quoted (for a diagnostic/evaluation). After asking for the manager I was told he was not available but the person I spoke did offer to read the invoice to me again (was very cordial and polite). They didn not address the concern of disparity of cost.

I don't like hassles, after asking several times why I was quoted 79 and then charged 251.00 I paid the 251 and said I would just write the review (this accordingly).

Note I have PSE&G worry free, there was nothing wrong with the unit (as they also identified - outside of potential future issues from wiring). According the tech it was blowing colder air (I cannot say if thats true or not the house is roughly the same temperature and they measured (apparently) when they started ) and he changed the filter (which I provided) and slid into the unit (about 30seconds ish).

if this is worth 251.00, and you don't mind paying almost three times the cost than this is the right place for you. I despise dishonesty and have just elected to not do business with them anymore and rate them accordingly.

I needed a new 40 Gal water heater in my home. The price quoted was reasonable. The crew came out and did an amazing job!!!!! Very professional & excellent work! I will only use Advanced Professional and would recommend them to anyone. They are properly licensed and the technicians are very knowledgeable!

Had plumbing work done. Workers were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They explained what the issues were in detail, went out to get all necessary supplies at Home Depot, finished all work that day and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!

I decided to write my first review because guys from this company did an excellent job! A week ago, my air conditioner suddenly stopped working.I found this Company on google and I have no regret. Tech came within an hour, He had explained everything about the air conditioner. Great job! everything works perfectly now. I recommend these guys!

I noticed some water dripping out of our water heater's over flow pipe and was concerned. I called Advanced plumbing on Saturday morning at 7:00 am. I received a call one hour later that someone was coming to help out.
A repair guy showed up and fixed the problem and gave us a tutorial on how a water heater works. He was very professional, informed and caring.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company. We feel blessed and grateful to have found them.

Like my other negative reviews, I hate writing them because I know that it will impact their business. However, in this case, I feel compelled to write something because I feel like they are going to cheat a lot of other people and it needs to stop.

I needed a sump pump replaced. I called them because they were close by and they didn’t appear to have any negative reviews. (I was wrong about this as they have made multiple Yelp entries which hides their negative reviews.)

When their workers got there, they first quoted me an outrageous price for the replacement of the sump pump. They quoted me $1,450 to replace a sump pump. My first thought was are they stupid? They know that I’m a property manager so I know what the approximate costs of repairs are. I already knew that the average cost to replace a pump should be about $400. So, I asked the worker to call back his boss to get another price because the price was excessive. He comes back at $750. This too was excessive so I turned him down and he left.

What puzzled me at the time was that he didn’t ask to get paid for the service call. Well, what I didn’t know is that while he was diagnosing the sump pump, he had broken the black pipe that was connected to the sump pump. He hadn’t said a word and just left. Now I realized why he didn’t ask for the service fee. He caused more damage than the service call and didn’t want to fix it. This is just dishonest and unprofessional.

Three weeks later, the dispatch woman who didn’t know the story of what happened called to get paid the service call that seemed outstanding. I politely explained to her what happened. (I was truly polite.) Her boss comes on the phone line and immediately starts yelling and screaming at me that I was lying and making things up. (Not sure how he miraculously knew I was lying while his employee was telling the truth when he hadn’t even talked to his employee yet. His response was that his employees never lie so he knew my story wasn’t true. Yeah, right.)

The only problem with his version of the story was that there was a security guard there that saw the worker actually break the pipe. Second, I had to pay another plumber to go in there and repair a pipe that miraculously broke. Finally, there is the indisputable fact that they never asked for the service call fee at the time of service. What possible explanation would there be for this? This one fact shatters their entire story while my story neatly explains why the worker never asked for one and why he quickly and quietly left.

When you call a plumber, you want a plumber who’s going to quote you a fair price for repairs. As a layperson, you don’t know how things cost so you’re relying on his honesty. Second, you’re also relying on his integrity that he’s not going to break things further and later increase his price, instead of owning up to it. This is not such a plumbing company.
This plumbing company is all bad news.

So, if you want a contractor’s whose first impulse is to high-ball you a quote that is 3-4 times the normal price, then go ahead and call this dishonest contractor.

*By the way, disregard the other reviews. It's obvious that they are faked. Read his reviews on Yelp and Angie's List to find what this plumber is truly about. I've already decided to take this owner to court. If the owner writes a response that in any way disputes the facts of my story, I will also sue him for libel.

Update: The company knows exactly who this is. There is a reason why they can't remove this review and why they won't sue me for libel.

I would highly rate the company. My furnace was not working, so I hired another company to diagnose it. The service person came and removed the motor. He stated that the motor needs to be replaced and will cost me $1500 to do so. Since my furnace is old, it is better I replace it and will cost me $5000 for a new furnace. He charged me $170 for coming and left the motor outside the furnace stating since it is not working, there is no point putting it back.
So, I called 5-6 other companies for a quote and everybody gave me the same ball park number. I had got a promotional offer from Advanced Professional, so I wanted to give them a try. From the very first call, Advanced Professional was truly professional. Valentina was extremely courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. Joey was the technician that came over. He tested the motor and stated that there is nothing wrong with it. It is the capacitor that is not working. He replaced the capacitor and placed the motor back to the furnace and my furnace was working. It is now a week since I called Advanced Professional and I am very happy with their services. I have saved their number and would definitely call them again if I need to.

I called Advanced to unclog a sewer drain on 12/14/18. While the plumber was "working", he got a sewer vent pipe dislodged and disconnected. Afterwards he wouldn't admit he made a mistake and refused to accept any responsibility. Instead he wanted to charge me another $250 to get it reconnected. I got in contact with the owner (David). After a long, at times heated and confrontational discussion, he finally agreed to fix the problem. I ended up paying him another $30.
On a positive note, the plumber did come promptly when called. However, the total denial of responsibility was unacceptable. All this should not have happened if he had done it correctly in the first place.I would stay away from this company advanced professional plumbing in the future.

These guys are the real deal. They replaced my gas water heater, and it was great. They helped me buy a robust new unit. Throughout the project, they made sure that it was up to my liking. They work with clients and value their opinion. I hope I never need a replacement in the future, but if I do, I know who to call.

I was upcharged $1300 versus $200 originally quoted in order for them to perform extensive drain clearing instead of simply snaking. They opened my wall, ‘repaired’ the drain, and left the wall open to check back in a few weeks if the leak was still active. The drain was still clogged and after waiting weeks for them to return I called back for an appt. Was quoted between hours of 12-4pm but plumber reached at 5pm and returned only with the access panel (not our bathroom tiles). He said they through him on the job last minute and he was not prepared to replace our tile and I should call back againnnn for another appt. If they had left my tiles in the first place I would have just replaced them on my own. They seem overworked and no follow up :(

I hired them to check out my furnace for the home heating season. I asked them to bring a thermostat and a filter for the furnace, They didn't tell me the price until the technician finished the job. They attempted to charge me $400 for a $28 thermostat and $200 for three furnace filters. The total bill was $840. The tech got his boss on the phone and I talked to the office. They took back the filters and thermostat and charged me $210. My advice is to check with them ahead of time for pricing. The quote was $105 for one furnace. We have two furnaces for different zones in the house. I've hired these people for other jobs and they'v always done a good job.

Julian, the service technician that showed up, was exceptional. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. I had an emergency situation and the previous plumber I called charged his fee without even suggesting a solution. Julian identified the issue and addressed it on the same day. The fees reflect the service - worth every penny.

Last week we found a break in the water main pipe connecting to our home. Called 4 plumbers, 1 never returned our call and 2 gave us dates that would have left us without water for 3-5 days. This Company immediately returned our call, asked for a snapshot of the issue so he could give us an estimate on the spot, and set an appointment between 12 & 3 the next day. We received a text message the next day letting us know the plumber was on the way. He arrived on time and immediately began working. They came in slightly below the estimate.

I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I had an emergency plumbing issue, and I needed to find someone right away to help me. After searching online and looking over several choices, I decided to give these guys a call. And I am so happy I did. I spoke with AJ, he was very professional, and was able to have someone come to my home very quickly to address my situation. They were quick and efficient, and had things back in working order in no time at all. This is a first class company, and I will definitely hire them again next time I need any of their services.
