My water line that fed into my toilet was leaking causing a puddle to build up in my upstairs bathroom and downstairs ceiling to be stained. I called at 9:15am and was greeted by a polite professional. We were told the technician would arrive between 11 and 1pm. Julian arrived on time, just before 11am!

Our technician, Julian, was fantastic! He was on time, professional, and explained the issue to us well. He fixed the issue and now there are no more leaking issues and there were no "unexpected" costs when he was finished.

If we have another issue I will be requesting Julian! Overall, great experience.

Called on Tuesday afternoon and was immediately scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
Sam showed as scheduled after getting a text he was on the way. My pool heater was not working. He quickly diagnosed my problem, replaced the part with ease and had me up and running in no time. The technician, Julian, was very responsive and went through the entire house with us. Eventually, we discovered some rusted pipes in the basement. It was also determined that we required a new water heater, as ours was past it's recommended life span. It turned out to be an emergency job and they got us in quickly. We even received discounts as new customers. Julian was very efficient and left his working space in impeccable condition. I will definitely be using them for our plumbing needs in the future.

I am very please with the service and customer care from Advanced Progessionals. They were timely, when other HVAC servicemen would've been weeks out. They gave attention to details and made sure I understood the process. I had to purchase a new unit for my workplace. They made sure that it worked with the rest of the existing mechanisms in place. They automatically followed up with the change of seasons to make sure the heat worked in fall and the ac worked again in the spring.

Our company boiler had an ignition failure, and we called this company for repairs. The technician said the issue was fixed, and we paid $900 for the service. The very next day, the boiler tripped again.

When I called for them to return, the technician came back and then claimed the problem was a valve—something that was never addressed or mentioned during the first visit. When I asked why this wasn’t diagnosed or repaired initially, there was no clear answer. Instead, we were told we would have to pay again for parts and service.

After already spending a significant amount of money, this felt unfair and unprofessional. Poor diagnosis, repeat failure, and trying to charge again for an unresolved issue is unacceptable. Beware before using this company.

I would like to thank Bridan Plumbing for great service today. Yesterday my bathroom faucet began to leak quite badly. Not wanting to waste water and time I used Google to find a plumbing company. Bridan Plumbing has great reviews and I know why. My technician came to my house promptly at 11:00 a.m., my service window was 11:00 to 1:00. He diagnosed the problem, explained it too me and gave me a fair quote. Within the hour he was complete no mess, no problems. I will definitely be calling them again for some additional work.
