The staff at Kodiak Heating & Air are nothing short of amazing. I reached out to the them at the beginning of the summer and they were able to help me with the installation of two new central air systems. The office staff, sales person and installation team were professional and knowledgeable. The installation team was incredible and treated my house with the utmost respect by laying floor tarps to avoid scratching my floors with the equipment, they cleaned up all their work at the end of each day and kept me updated on the progress of the project. I received quotes for this project from other companies and I'm incredibly happy I chose to work with Kodiak.

We had an issue with a refrigerant leak in our old air conditioning system. The guys came out and diagnosed it quickly, explained everything to me, recharged the system, and it’s blowing nice cold air. Shawn was polite, professional, and on time. Since our system is in need of a replacement, we will definitely be using them to redo our entire HVAC system in the nearby future! A+

Kodiak is AMAZING, and it starts at the top!! Jill is all about her customers!! She and her team came into a mess from a previous contractor with a ductless 2-head, mini-split system on the ground level of our home. The units were only 2 years old when we started having major problems with them, and they ultimately failed at 3.5 years old. Jill was a sound voice throughout the process and helped us work with the manufacturer and the authorized distributor. The team in the field is great! They are courteous, respectful and professional. We subsequently had an issue with our upstairs furnace this past week on a Friday at 3PM, with the extreme cold temps and a major storm front coming through. Jill asked her tech Dennis to drive a hour to come out on Friday afternoon. Dennis was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful!! Wow!! Thank you Jill and the entire Kodiak team for restoring faith that great service does still exist in this day and age!!

I had initally gotten a hefty quote for a valve replacement from another company that didn’t sit right with me. I decided to call Kodiak Heating & Air for a second opinion. Shawn and Ian were able to properly diagnose the issue, and it in fact didn’t need to be replaced. These guys are knowledgeable and skilled. Certainly have them on speed dial now!
