As usual, Ron Jon got my AC working quickly. They showed up on time and explained the issue and got it fixed. They've earned their great reputation and I always recommend them to friends.

So, we get to clean out our linen closet once a year too! It's a win win!! We also trust John knows what service the unit needs. He's a real professional.

What a rip-off! Stay away at all cost!
I knew what my 1st floor AC unit needed, which was a refill of freon R-22. I also knew it would be expensive because it has been discontinued due to government regulations. Ron Jon charged me $400/lb!!! That sounded extravagantly high, so I decided to check. Most HVAC contractors (I called 3) would not give a price for the freon over the phone. They ALL wanted to send a technician out, for a fee, and the technician would then tell me the cost. What a racket!
At last, I found a nice lady at Air Group in Hanover to tell me the 1st LB would be $400, and then each pound after that would be $200/lb. So, for 4 lbs of freon R-22, Ron Jon ripped me off the $600!

Ron Jon Heating & Cooling has been consistently and uniformly responsive, expert and cost-efficient in their work and performance with us over the years at our residence.

Today’s visit on short notice by technician Mr. Sid was no exception. Quick, informative, efficient and courteous.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Very professional and efficient. Scheduling appointments is easy and there is a follow up with both email and text confirming the date and time. And they definitely show up when they say they will.

A few years ago the company installed a whole house Generac generator, and subsequently a hot water heater. Prices are reasonable and there is zero mess when they are finished. I had some minor issues with the generator and they were promptly addressed and resolved.

Everyone I deal with is friendly, easy to deal with and makes me feel they appreciate my business. I definitely recommend this company.

We've used Ron Jon since they installed our A/C in our house in 2000. Our house was built in 1930, with no A/C or ductwork. Ron Jon said at the time it would be a 2-day job; they were done in a day and a half. Since then, Ron Jon has serviced our unit annually, and in a couple instances where we needed urgent service, arrived same day, including one Saturday morning just before we were to leave on vacation. This is a family run business, completely dedicated to serving its customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
