They handled chimney cleaning and a full inspection with great care. They explained everything in simple terms and made sure my fireplace was safe to use. Excellent work, extra care was taken but he was professional and expedient. My second job with Russo Bros and wow, the work they did taking out my dead boiler and water heater and installing modern combo boiler, with expertise, professionalism, minimal noise, and no mess, just wow. My new boiler on the left looks beautiful. Every step of the process and especially Anthony and his crew made this costly step into the future easy. Im 💯 happy with their work. Thank you so much.

Victor and Anthony were amazing. Came quickly, diagnosed the problems expertly, did the repairs efficiently and perfectly and cleaned up the job site after finishing the work. Most importantly, they were good communicators, explained everything and were totally transparent and trustworthy every step of the way.

Marlon did a great job. He was professional and solved our issue in a timely manner. My only comment would be about pricing. The company has set prices for certain jobs and in some cases not worth it. $600 for a new p-trap. We’ll shop around next time for sure.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Eddie was very clear in explaining what we were purchasing. Anthony and crew did a great job installing our 2 HVAC systems. They were very polite and left everything clean.

Regarding Anthony Russo’s performance with our leaking water heater, he was terrific. He immediately addressed the puddle of water on the floor which was getting bigger and bigger and cleaned the area entirely. He was a pleasure to work with and his performance in getting this situation fixed was outstanding. Polite, courteous and professionalism are his trademarks. I would highly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in this situation.

Extremely responsive, they were at my house within a couple hours. Very clear communication and able to resolve our issue very quickly with equipment and supplies available within an hour or so. Very happy with the service.

Brian......our service tech was a good guy overall. Explained to me what he was doing and how it mattered. He educated me on how hard water would affect the part he replaced. Also very "clean" if that makes sense. He made sure not to leave anything for me to tidy up after he was done. He's definitely the guy to help. Could the price be a bit less......sure, but the tech made up for it.

I don't feel compelled to review companies very often, if ever, but I felt my experience warranted it. Very cold night/day in NJ. Water boiler needed a new expansion tank and zones bled. Two hours of work and $50 in parts MAXIMUM. Probably less. I knew the problem but Russo Bros claimed that they must send a person onsite (and charge their diagnosis fee of $190) as opposed to giving you a quote for the work over the phone. The onsite Russo plumber quoted $1675 for this work. The quote also included aggressive sales tactics like buying memberships to reduce total price. When confirming the time & materials ($50 materials, two hours labor), Russo Bro's onsite contact said "well we have to make money." I wasn't aware that the going rate for plumbing is $800/hour. I sent him away and begrudgingly paid the showing up "diagnosis" fee of $190. Anyway, this company is simply taking advantage of desperate homeowners without heat in a freeze. I got in contact with another plumber who did the work for $425. One quarter the price. This wasn't even my first time calling Russo Bros but it's 100% my last. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Heat is working better than ever. Thank you to Barry for breathing new life back into my old furnace. He was there on the time frame told to me and had it back up and running before the snowstorm started and at a price that was fair and expected. Russo bros., worth the money!!! The customer service on this job was amazing, Victor and Paul were extremely patient and helpful in explaining why the pipe was leaking, and what would cause the pipe to leak. The explanation was clear and concise, and the work was just as impressive. Victor did a great job at installing the pipe, and explaining the precautions that would have to be taken before installing the pipe. Much thanks for the excellent workers at Russo Bros. And Co. 🙏

Lucas was excellent! He came quickly to address an emergency and fixed the problem immediately. He was kind, communicative, and explained every step of what was needed. Russo Bros was also reasonably priced - they were well under the first estimate I received for the work. They will now be my go to for all plumbing/HVAC needs.

Sebastian and Anthony were awesome. Needed to replace the HVAC system in the middle of winter and they are life savers. They came promptly and worked throughout the entire day to setup the system. They explained the new system and how to set up the new thermostat. They cleaned up professional everywhere in the house. Not am I only glad I have heat now but their service is impeccable. Russos and their technicians are awesome. Thank you guys!!!

Very professional and understood our situation. They camping one day a did a great job. Now we have heat after 5days, they worked with utility company to get a great financing rate. Thank you the whole team was awesome!

Ralph was very professional and courteous. He walked me through all of the repairs, taking the time to show me what needed to be replaced and how to maintain. He replaced the humidifier system attached to my furnace with a new one. Great job and my house is now comfortably warm and the air no longer dry. I recommend Russo Brothers.

Great company! Lucas came and inspected the house and was able to break down all the issues in a simple manner and gave me a great price for all the work that needed to be done. He even had his team here with in days! Him and his team were in and out quick, quiet and clean, and after all was said and done took the time to check every single faucet. Before he left he even gave me some future recommendations for the house. I most definitely will be using this company and Lucas for all my future plumbing needs!

Update:
Just had my new boiler installed and I am so grateful I chose this company. Just like the hot water heater they were in and out with out leaving a message. And even in the days followed when I found out other issues related to my HVAC system but unrelated to the boiler, they sent someone out same day and got it fixed free of charge. I can not thank this company enough for getting my house working, and 100% will be using them for my yearly maintenance, and all future work as well as recommending them to anyone i know that needs their assistance.

Side note, shout out to Stefanie in their scheduling department for always checking in, and coordinating all this work! Extremely friendly and great point of contact!

My experience with the services provided by Russo Bros & Co was completely satisfactory. The expert technician plumber Lucas was exceptional. The pump, tank and pipe were not properly installed for my 1/2 bathroom in the basement originally. Lucas fixed and brought everything up to code standards. I am very grateful to the company and Lucas for their professionalism. The customer service were courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend them. Ask for Lucas.

Hot water heater died on Christmas Eve and called Russo Brothers as a new customer and they were able to come first thing the day after Christmas and replace it same day. Anthony R was the tech and I thought he was great! He was polite and courteous and fully explained everything about the new tank, the installation, the maintenance and he clearly marked all the valves for me. I felt he went above and beyond and I really appreciated it! I felt the cost was a little high but it was an emergency situation and I didn’t really have the luxury of getting multiple quotes so in fairness I’m not basing that on comparison to anything else just my own thought.
