Excellent experience with Russo and specifically Raul. Easy to book an appointment and I received a 30 min call before his arrival. The repair was done efficiently, and I was provided an estimate before the work began. He also gave me estimates for another project I had been thinking about doing (shower faucet replacement) very quickly after he left. They have a nice ipad system with the pricing for everything right at their fingertips. I would use Russo again anytime!

Valentin did a great job servicing our challenge today. Our washer was not draining properly and he came to properly diagnose it and service it. He was very professional — asked a lot of questions to diagnose it, had a Russo brothers uniform and wore booties indoors. He found the issue, made sure I was okay with pricing, then spent the right amount of time fixing it (ie: along through the pipes to clear them) and testing to be sure it didn’t adversely affect other pipes. I would DEFINITELY recommend Russo Brothers, and if you can get Valentin or Bryan, you’d be in great shape.

Russo Brothers did an excellent job in installing a new heat pump system in my home. Anthony and the team were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They worked hard to remove my old AC system and install the new heat pump system. They kept the work area clean and neat. The work performed was of exceptional quality.

Kyle C and James S repiped all connections to my tankless water heater. The gas, water, and exhaust pipe. All of the work was super neat and clean. Very satisfied with the work Russo Brothers provided and would recommend everywhere. Thank you guys so much.

Phil was great. He installed my water purification system under my sink faucet and replaced s few faulty valves that were old and corroded. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. And the staff answering the phones( pleasant woman I'm sorry I didn't write her nane down) truly cared to listen to me and help me with my appointment questions. I'll definitely be hiring from Russo Bros again in the future for my plumbing concerns.

Excellent service today! Lucas and Mike were exceptional with keeping me informed throughout the project, explaining the steps involved to complete the project and communicating any changes needed. They were professional and courteous. They were both very skilled and clearly have a strong work ethic. We are very pleased with the quality of service we received today.

Nick has helped us a few times with our steam heat issues. We bought an older home with a steam heat system that needed some love. We had multiple radiators that were leaking or not heating properly. Russo bros was able to address our issues quickly.

Nick has done great work and the pricing has been reasonable. He takes the time to explain things and is completely transparent about what would be best for us. We’ve been really happy with the work he has done and it’s made owning a more complicated system less stressful.

I can’t say enough good things about Joao Victor! He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything, which immediately put me at ease. He was kind, courteous, and very professional from start to finish. The quality of his work was outstanding — efficient, thorough, and done right the first time. It’s rare to find a plumber who combines skill, honesty, and great customer service, but Joao truly does. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch plumbing work. Anyone who has a Rinnai tankless water heater, MUST use Greg from Ramas. He is a true professional who knows this machine, which I have had some issues with. Greg is extremely clean and thorough with his technique. I was regretting getting this unit, but with Ramas and the regular schedule with Greg, I have had "peace of mind"... FINALLY. Thank you Greg!!!

I very much agree with another review of their billing practices - beware of their billing practices. They charge an hourly rate of $140 for normal hours and $160 for after hours (after 3pm). They came to do maintenance on my combi boiler ($160) and troubleshoot my hot water not working. After the visit, I was told they would bill me. I got a bill for $320 plus tax. The math didn’t add up so it took numerous emails for them to fix their mistake of overcharging me by $20 for after hours billing. They didn’t apologize and had no accountability. And they still charged me for the other full hour of troubleshooting even though he was only there for another 30 min after doing maintenance (and I have nest camera footage for time stamps). They told me their GPS put him at my house for an hour 45 min. What was he doing for another 15 min in his car? I have no idea but I see that as irrelevant as he could have been on the phone or eating lunch. He had 3 items with him so I don’t see what prep was involved. Even after I showed them it was 30 min, they didn’t budge. Expect them to charge you the full hour even though they might only be there for an additional 30 minutes, and they also count the time from when gps puts the tech on your property, not the time actually spent in your house. I think for the next job it’s safe to say I’ll be giving my business to a less shady organization.

Wonderful company! They were able to fix my central AC while other companies told me the only solution was to replace the entire system.

I was told that Ramas (the owner) believes that anything can be fixed, and this can-do attitude and professionalism motivated the rest of their team.

Be weary of using Ramas for repairs of your equipment. They have very poor business practices. I was charged multiple times for the same service call. I called in for service on issue I was having with my tankless water heater and provided the error message. The techs came and were not able to identify the root cause but performed maintenance and indicated the issue may be related to a part within the unit. They indicated that if I still had issues that I should call back in for service so they could troubleshoot further and that they may need to replace the part. After the second service, they were able to troubleshoot further and identify the issue was with the gas pressure regulator. They quoted me on the cost of repairing the regulator but then they also proceeded to invoice me for the second call which was $170. The second engagement should still be a part of the initial call where they were not able to troubleshoot the issue properly. I was planning on moving forward with them to enter in a maintenance agreement for my other equipment but given this practice of charging for the same service engagement does not sit well.

Ramas Climate provided us with excellent service today. They were punctual and were very quick to diagnose exactly what was wrong. Our a/c was fixed within the hour and works as good as new now. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care and service I received from them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who would like a knowledgeable specialist and a hassle free experience.

Phenomenal job and highly recommended. The timely service provided by Ramas Climate was superb, they arrived on time and communicated clearly the issues and how long it would take. My furnace burned out during the Christmas Holiday and fortunately Ramas was available to consult and help resolve the issue by replacing the unit. This was all done during the holidays and they were able to find a replacement very quickly.
